Bumper-to-bumper traffic was so bad that I was locked in a parking lot for over 20 minutes Wasn’t even going to brew 7 But if we couldn’t get out of the parking lot, that means first responders couldn’t get in if anything would’ve happened

I go to 7 Brew in Eau Claire, Wi all the time and I have never had an issue with them. However, today the service was so insanely slow at the 7 Brew in Sioux falls (there was an employee literally standing there talking to other employees while the line was crazy) my drink tasted watery, and to top the cake, when an employee handed my boyfriend my drink it was literally dripping all over him, and the lid of the other drank fell off spilling all over his car.

Great first experience. Drove through in heavy snow and they were out there. Drinks were quick and super hot. Would be nice to have more coffee options (dark roast drip, medium roast drip).

Coffee is good when it's made right. We've gone there at least 30 times in the past months, and the orders are wrong at least 50% of the time. Missing toppings, missing honey/caramel. When spending $7-10 per coffee, treating ourselves, tipping the staff, it becomes a negative experience when the orders are constantly wrong and missing half the ingredients. When mentioning that stuff is missing while being handed our drinks, we get shrugged off. Slow down and do things properly and it would be a much better experience..

I wish there was a zero stars option. Customer Service sucks even worse than their card reader. Paid for a coffee they couldn't see that ut showed up because their machine doesn't work. My daughter was told rudely, we'll just give you a free one. I will never go to a place where they treat you like a criminal when their systems aren't working.
