Staff was rude, I waited close to half an hour after my DoorDash tracking said the order was ready for it to actually be done, and they didn’t have all of my items in my order. I watched staff hang up the phone without answering it while I was in the store waiting and I didn’t get any response when I reached out about the missing item.

The first time I came into aqua fresh for a drink I walked 30 minutes and ended up leaving because no one came to the front, I came back and ordered a pesto sandwich and was given a Cesar wrap after I waited for 30 minutes and was told by the girl that she knew already 3 times with an attitude I would not suggest coming here and I will not be coming back

Went in expecting just a simple smoothie shop but got more instead. the smoothies were so good that we all regretted not ordering the large sizes.
Wow - this place is FANTASTIC! You can order at kiosks when you first walk in and the food comes SO QUICKLY! This was our first meal of our road trip across SD and I instantly knew it was going to be my favorite meal of the whole 10-day trip.
We got the croissant breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious - hot, fresh, high quality ingredients.
We also got two smoothie bowls (açaí and dragonfruit) that were also prepared in record time and delicious with fresh fruit toppings. I’ve never had an acai bowl prepared so quickly and I order them everywhere I can find them.
We’ll be back! Highly recommend - great and healthy menu, fast service, fresh ingredients, great atmosphere.
This review is on the new boba selections specifically. They come in a regular lid, not in a traditional vacuum sealed fashion. Sizes were not specified when I ordered, but you can expect it to be similar to a Starbucks size medium cup. In terms of flavor, they do have depth, but a bit sweeter for my taste. The boba itself is lumpy, most likely because they are sourced more organically. Overall a 3/5 for the drink but don't expect it to be authentic.

It’s pretty bad when you have called the number listed for 5 days about 20 times and no one answers! Then went there to get a copy of a receipt took all my information said they would email the next day still nothing no email or phone call as of today say 5
I have been going to Agua Fresh for years now. I haven’t been for a little bit and I was slightly disappointed to see that they still only had two employees working even though they are more popular now and busier. However those employees were kind and helpful. I was also slightly disappointed with the sandwich I got. Their bread used to be crisp and obviously panini pressed but this time it was barely cooked. Overall this was not a bad experience I just didn’t notice much growth over the years

Not too bad but not too great. The smoothies are good and the croissant sandwiches are alright. Paying organic hipster prices for food that is a bit subpar. The service is also slow. It was 3 staff and only me + one other customer. All 3 of them were chatting up one customer instead of helping me out. Then they forgot my drinks and the guy who made my sandwiches ended up having to make them. He was super nice and carried the weight for his whole team. Overall, I probably won’t come back here.
