The food is great! My complaint is I have never been there when their espresso machine is working. I only go about once a year, so it seems to almost permanently be broken. All day breakfast with only drip coffee is a deal breaker for me. Maybe it’s fixed now?

My question was simple, do the cheddar grits have anything else with them? The answer, No. I guess they forgot about the onions loaded on top. Ruined the grits and the onion smell over powered the rest of the meal. No refills on soda due to business of server. Not a great experience and will not return.

Started out as a great morning, met up with a friend I had not seen in 12 years! I am from out of town, after we ate we were talking and visiting and our waitress came over and said they are backed up and wanted us to wrap up Then another lady came and said we have a reservation coming in in 10 minutes just to let you know….surprise they don’t take reservations. We were all 3 appald and then our waitress came and said my manager asked me to have you all move along. This is the rudest thing I’ve ever witnessed we paid, ate and tipped well and we were literally asked to leave.

Clean, well staffed and excellent breakfast choices. Everyone in our group raved about the food and that they will return.

Visiting SF and found the place through Tripadvisor. Had a little wait, which seemed like a good sign. My name was called, screamed actually and then told roughly "follow me!" I felt like I needed to run to keep up. Brought back memories of military basic training. Our server was friendly. The food was bland. Rubbery, over-cooked pancakes with your standard motor-oil, fake maple syrup. My wife's omelette was over-cooked as well and looked like something they would serve you in prison. No garnishes. The toast was burnt, seems like a trend for the place. Overall not a good experience. I won't be back. I should have gone to Perkins.
Overall a decent experience. Took a little longer than you’d hope to be seated and to get our order in. Staff was perfectly cordial. Nothing over the top or below par. If you’re wanting to try something pretty standard in the breakfast space, I think this is a safe bet.
