Just went through the drive-thru, ordered 4 regular roast Beef sandwiches, all 4 were hardly room temperature. Never asked us for sauce. $20 for this Won't happen again, thank you very much

The person at the drive-thru was great. She provided great customer service I was not impressed with the ham and swiss sandwiches. You still have the best beef and cheddar sandwiches. I won't be having the ham and swiss again

I really like this Arby's usually, and I would have liked to give them a 5 star for all but the lady acted irritated by me asking for a extra cup to share a shake with 5 yr old grandson. Let's face it at both our ages we don't need a full shake each. Lol I do recommend this place to eat tho, just hope you get the great cashier's I had in the past.

I'm almost never a fast food person but occasionally, I'm in a hurry and need food. So I told the wife I'm taking her for a fancy dinner and to get dressed up. After she put on her fancy pants, we went to Arby's.
Upon entering, its clean. Your basic Arby's. Service was decent. Got the food quick. I tried the Gyro which wasn't bad. For fast food it was good. No complaints. Nothing out of the ordinary except my well dressed wife.

Came in ordered two meals with two 6 pieces. no receipt in or on bag. they said we can come back and get them and drive all the way back and they say they can’t find our order that isn’t my fault i paid for it and i have the charge on my debit card. very sassy man at the window slammed the window in our face

So never go to Arby's when they open you get served last night's meat they ended with and can make you sick. It's brown should be light with a pink hue too it. Had a friend work for one told me this which was years ago and I forgot and the three sandwiches I got were all brown nasty meat the wife said tasted like it had bug spray with spam grease mixed together on it. Don't ask. Both got sick off it it came out as fast as it went in just about.
Repeat customer ?. But your hashbrowns are just not making it. Now McDonald's hashbrowns that's the taste I am looking for Your meat is the ? ? ? ☺️ ?. Michael (Food critical to me) I would have ? pictures of the hashbrowns but after eating one the rest of them were in the trash. Sorry
