“I really like this Arby's usually, and I would have liked to give them a 5 star for all but the lady acted irritated by me asking for a extra cup to share a shake with 5 yr old grandson. Let's face it at both our ages we don't need a full shake each. Lol I do recommend this place to eat tho, just hope you get the great cashier's I had in the past.“

Vegetarian options: No surprise here; it's mostly sides (fries, jalapeno bites, shakes, desserts, Mac and cheese, side salad, etc.)“
“Ordered online 3 meals 2 with sprinkle fries one with curly fries they ended up giving us three crinkle fries and they forgot the chocolate shake. I always check my stuff before I leave any restaurant, so it was fixed right away. For that reason, I couldn't get out a five-star“
“Stopped in for lunch. And had ordered a Arby's beef and cheddar sandwich. I would normally say you can't go wrong. Unfortunately, this visit did go wrong. The cheddar and the sauce we're on the edge of the sandwich. If the sauces were place more in the middle of the sandwich you get some with each bite. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my sandwich. Very disappointing.“
“I came in crying! So frustrated with the apps payment issues and was treated rudely at 41st Street location... but I promised my kids Arby's so we drove across town and Sarah helped us get dinner without speaking ill on the other store! Thank you for the good experience in the end.“
