Most aweful food we have had. Beef and cheese had some weird sauce that made buns soggy soggy and tasted aweful. And they were not even warm. Chicken ranch wrap was cold like it came out of refrigerator. An hour ride home and than God we have two bathrooms. Cause we couldn’t get there quick enough. If I could give 0 stars i would

Im writing the from the drive thru.yes it is the dinner rush but there were only 4 cars in front of me and it's been 10 minutes and ive only moved once. Why is it taking 5 to 10 minutes per car? The staff is very friendly and apologetic though!

usually like this place but this guy messed up all three of my friend's and i's orders, i ordered a classic roast beef meal in large with a curly fry and he rang it up as a double roast beef sandwich with a medium crinkle fry, no drink. friend also ordered a meal and got it like that and my other friend ordered just curly fries and still somehow the guy rang them up as crinkle

While ordering thru the drive-thru everything went smooth. The problem started when when got to the window to pay. The total was 19.04, gave the cashier 20.04 and the gentleman was very confused on how much change to give back, ended up giving us 94 cents back, could not figure out how much to give back. We tried to communicate the issue, but he would not make eye contact and just kept moving(which is fine, they get busy, this was 2:00pm). When we received our food we were missing our fires for the combo meal that we purchased. Now I don’t like to typically complain, but the customer service has been lacking the last two times we have been here and we had to get on our way home. Customer service is a lot different than it was 20 years ago, even 5 years ago. Ensure that you are getting the correct change and your food.

They have the meats. The classic roast beef or Swiss and ham are great. Everything is too expensive these days. The view attached is all I see of Arby’s as it isn’t really somewhere worth hanging out. We used to purchase the whole meals, the sandwiches cast as mush as the meals cost just a few years back.

Ordered online 3 meals 2 with sprinkle fries one with curly fries they ended up giving us three crinkle fries and they forgot the chocolate shake. I always check my stuff before I leave any restaurant, so it was fixed right away. For that reason, I couldn't get out a five-star
