Ordering food here through the drive thru was really slow and they weren’t even busy. When we brought the food home to eat, our child’s chicken strip was raw! Other times they have forgotten whole meals from our order.

The drive through was cozy and warm. Hard to communicate with clerk. Young man was nice and we didn’t mess anything up. We had to remind him for condiments. This was a much better experience than Wendy’s.

Went through drive thru about 4:30 in the afternoon when a gal cleaned the windows then proceeded to touch my food without washing her hands so I nicely asked to speak to a manager, manager was rude poor service all the way around… got my food to get hard and cold fries half full, needless to say most likely won’t be back.

They've gone downhill since the Covid scamdemic. The high schoolers provided superior service compared to the adults that have replaced high schoolers. So sad 😔
I go there specifically for a shake. Everytime I order a shake I hear them say "I'm sorry our machine is down, or it's being cleaned."
UGH Is this McDonald's? Get a new machine!

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered online, and they refused to give me my order through the drive thru. I have done this at other locations and have never been treated so rudely. If it's that big of a deal, maybe should have that option when ordering online like every other place.
