Came in through the drive through and ordered some potato cakes and a refreshment. Paid at the back window and said thank you to that person and got no response what so ever. No thank you back no nothing. Picked up my product at the 2nd window and again said thank you to that person and once again no response what so ever. Extremely bad customer service. Won’t be going back. Everyone there should be fired.
I literally watched the fryer guy at 7:30 pm on May 4, 2022 drop a piece of fried chicken (for your sandwich) on the ground by accident, then pick it up with the tongs and put it in the tray to be used/eaten by a customer. he didn't throw it away. I told a worker, who apologized but the chicken piece was still used.
Not too impressed. That is bad food practice.
Went and ordered 2 Small Combos, one with a coke & one with a ice water
I got handed my small coke but they put my ice water in a kids cup trying to tell me water is free so this is what I get even though I was paying for a combo so it comes with a soft drink in whatever size combo I’m paying for.
I simply asked to have my water in a small cup as I was paying for it still regardless what’s in the cup and the man snapped at me and then when finished filling cup up...read full review
