I love Arby’s. And that WAS my go to place. Online and on their door it said that they close at 10pm. I got there around 9:10 and everything was locked up tight. There was no reason on the door for being closed that early. I saw two people walking around in there. I tried knocking on the door and on the drive thru window. Like I wasn’t even there. I was very very disappointed. I guess I’ll have to go look for a different go to.

The staff were very chill and joking around with eachother. It is good to see a friendly atmosphere at a fast food restaurant.

I loved the enthusiasm of the drive-thru workers and the humor they had. They seemed rushed but still gave great service. I enjoyed Leigha's, I apologize if not spelt right, enthusiasm especially.

Went inside a few minutes ago. No one was behind the counter. The employee standing by the fryers looked me straight in the eye and said nothing. Two other employees looked at me and didn't bother saying anything thing. I walked out and went to Subway to get their Italian sub.

Overall a great experience. From the lady taking our order being 100% awesome to how extremely clean the whole place was!! The staff does such a great job showing they take pride in their job and where they work!!

Personally I’m not impressed. Ordering inside was such a mess. The manager I believe was training someone, I caught on to this and said my order slow and clear. I waited while the manager was training her but the manager was so impatient and honestly wasn’t treating the new cashier well at all. Finally it came time for me to pay, I tried to swipe a prepaid gift card and the swipe wouldn’t work. The manager was very rude to me when I asked if I could just try the swipe a second time and if it didn’t work I’ll try a different card with a chip. She was very huffy puffy. Not sure if I caught her at a bad moment. I try to be understanding of people who work in food service but the comment from her about “not to sound snobby but do you have a card with a chip?” Was not appropriate. Next time I want Arby’s I’m gonna go to a different location.

Guy at first window!! Needs work on his customer service! I asked a question and responded in the rudest way. Look if his job is hard maybe another one else where is good. It ain’t that deep. Literally just hands drinks out and makes sure customers pay, so nothing should be that complicated to where he is rude. Extra ranch ain’t that deep bahahah

I came in crying! So frustrated with the apps payment issues and was treated rudely at 41st Street location... but I promised my kids Arby's so we drove across town and Sarah helped us get dinner without speaking ill on the other store! Thank you for the good experience in the end.
