I was staying at a motel next to Arby's on N Cliff. I walked over at 9:40 pm the door was locked, I knocked, 2 employees at counter looked then left my vision. There was a customer inside and cars waiting to place orders. What's up with that?

The Roast Beef and Cheddar Cheese sandwich was as great as always. But, the Curly Fries tasted like they were cooked in in old oil. Threw both large orders away. Would have returned but didn't want to drive back to do it.

Very clean and professional help. Fast hot food, excellent!
Came in through the drive through and ordered some potato cakes and a refreshment. Paid at the back window and said thank you to that person and got no response what so ever. No thank you back no nothing. Picked up my product at the 2nd window and again said thank you to that person and once again no response what so ever. Extremely bad customer service. Won’t be going back. Everyone there should be fired.

Friendly staff, efficient. Did not have to wait long for our oder. We dined in. The resturant was clean , we enjoyed dining in. I had a rueben sandwich, my husband had he roast beef and a chicken sandwich. He was happy with them and he said they were tasty, filling and enjoyed both of them.
These guys are good. The worst part is the parking lot/drive-thru. I was going to go there today and saw that the drive-thru was backed up enough to cause a little fiasco in the parking lot as a result of cars trying to back out to leave but couldn't.That said, if you go when it's not so busy, you'll likely get a good meal.
