"Market Fresh" yeah yellow and black lettuce is really appealing, first time I ate here I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was undercooked so a month later I decide to play it safe by getting a lunch meat sandwich and the lettuce is yellowed and black. Definitely would not recommend, can't trust the "cooked" meals and "fresh" meals are topped with soggy starting to rot veggies.

Asked for the manager and she said oh its the thickness of the patty. Please hire someone who knows when a patty is pulled out of the fryer too soon and a manager who will take responsibility. If you look at the picture you can tell only the breading was cooked.

Whenever my family and I are traveling to see our family, we stop here, usually around lunch, and to stretch before we get back on the road. Thank you all for making our experience just a little bit enjoyable. I think there has been only one time when there was a mix-up between drive-thru and a lobby order and was fixed right away without hesitation.

Had any outstanding young man take and serve my order at the drive thru.He was very thorough, polite and apologized for what he felt was slow service but I would say there was no delay. I appreciate good service especially from the younger generation. Great training in his background.... kudos!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Failed to mention this was the North Cliff, SF location at 8:50 pm on December 22.
I went in walked up to the register order a French dip and Swiss and went it sat down watched 3 people come in after order and get there food before I got mine, after 20 minutes of waiting I went up there and they acted like it was no big deal and the guy was going to give me a cold French dip that had been sitting out they blatantly ignored my order and never started to prepare it. Keep in mind this order takes only 10 to 15 minutes on a busy day.

The North Cliff location great service and quiet atmosphere. Food is hot, service is fast and I get my money's worth. Eventhough the Minnesota location has that great window that is just just opens up the dining room the traffic on Minnesota is utter garbage. East 10th traffic isn't any better, still hot garbage, it's such a deterrent to minutes away from great food!!! I stick to North Cliff, worth the trip, nice tables to sit out and enjoy the Fall or Spring, or light rain. Menu doesn't change too much and that's the way I like it. As long as there's a Double BEEF and Cheddar to order I'll keep supporting my local Arby's location.Parking: Always has space.
