Atomic Wings 69th Street

SUPER disappointed in this place! I ordered exactly 1 week in advance for the Super Bowl. I went into the store to order to make it easier. I scheduled it for pick up on 2/8 at 5:00 PM. I arrived there at 4:50 PM. My order was not ready and I ended up waiting for my order until 6:10 PM. Other people that did not order ahead were receiving their orders/food as usual.

They should not advertise that they can accept advanced orders if they can't fulfill that. I was also promised that the sauces would be labeled since due to the large volume of orders that day, the wings would not be tossed. However, none of the sauces were labeled. I will not be back to this store. There was no apology or effort to make things right.

Tried to get their wing special and the person at the counter didn’t know anything about it and tried to get me to buy something else and just made the visit difficult after 5 min of trying to explain it I left. I was looking forward to trying this but won’t be back

Whatever the opposite of customer service is was my experience today. I walked in and stood in front of the associate behind the register who was texting. I said hello and they replied with a brief hey while still texting so I just stood there until they finished. No apology or greeting afterwards just asked what I needed and said my pickup order isn’t ready yet. While I stepped to the side to wait the employees were having a loud conversation using several curse words including the f word. When my food was ready, the lady behind the counter called my name and when I walked up she handed me the food and turned back to texting. No “thank you” or have a nice day”. No words at all.
I normally enjoy their chicken but that experience seems like a good reason not to go back there.

We have had various boneless wings lately and meat quality is always an issue. Atomic wings was great and excellent meat quality. Great staff!

My go to wing store. Honey mustard and parmesan garlic sauces are great. Sweet potato fries are good too. Prices are fair. Chicken is always cooked perfect. Pretty much all you could ask for from a wing store. Much better than the wild wings or wingstops.

We went in Saturday to eat with the family. There was 5 of us. The cashier/ fry cook was not very friendly and he seemed to be irritated we were taking a while to order even though I told him its going to be a minute. He had a very bad attitude towards us . He was not friendly at all and when he was taking our orders he seemed annoyed when he was asking what options we wanted with our combo . I only got loaded potatos and the potatos tasted like they were fried in really old oil. I did not like them . Everyone else's food looked good . I would give it another shot but they need friendlier staff .

First visit to Atomic Wings. I ordered ahead from the website. I ordered 10 piece boneless with Mango Habanero / Honey BBQ with blue cheese on the side. The wing sauce was good, the wings were hot. My deduction here is for the blue cheese, it was gross - had the consistency of milk. Also a few of the wings had a weird texture to them, like extra chewy. I also ordered waffle fries - they were good. 4 stars for service, the sole employee I saw had a smile and was courteous. I was only customer in the place, but it was clean and bright. I'll try again.

We got 12 fry’s for almost $6… and got two orders what a waste of $12. Finger for scale of tiny amount.

Got garlic parm and honey BBQ wings with fries. Everything just tasted like the fryer. It was disgusting.
