I went there in hopes of devouring the most delicious pepperoni bites… with ranch (they don’t sell ranch… like what) and they were burnt and disgusting. NEVER EAT AGAIN! Tasted like $7.50 worth of garbage! Not to mention they were cold, stale, and they’re cheese comes in a container… yuck ?

The lady that was working around noon on 1/22 was really sweet and made sure we got a fresh pretzel when she could've just given us the one from the window. Really appreciate that extra step in customer service, not to mention a fresh hot pretzel! Little did she know, that was the first time my 2 little boys had a fresh / warm breaded / mall pretzel experience, and they've been talking about the warm pretzel since!

Placed an online order at 8:00 PM. Conveniently they canceled my order just before 9:00. Poor leadership and values I guess.
Horrible attitudes and service in Sioux Falls SD. Between the head shaking and eyes rolling I’m supremely disappointed and surprised they still have jobs. I simply ask for salt on my order and they get snotty about it rolling their eyes and saying “maybe once a year people ask for that” ok….I don’t care do it. Corporate complaint filed.

Glove changing and washing hands is something that needs to be addressed with these employees!! Witnessed almost everyone touching faces or clothes then continuing to make pretzels with dirty gloves.. turned me and my kids away.

Very poor customer service. Tried placing $20 order prior to 5pm when the mall closes this evening at 6pm. All 5 staff were just standing around when we approached with all equipment off. Was told they are shutting down for the day early because they had a busy day already!!! Ok fine, but refused to print off a receipt showing a refund placed in my card. Told me they cldnt do that I had to take a pic of the screen and was told it would be 7 to 10 days before I received refund.App shld not have even allowed an order to go thru or a charge to be made if they are closed or a refund shld be applied immediately if moneys is taken off when your closed!!!!
