Annies Website says closes at 9. Mall closes at 8. Was there at 745 and it was closed. Super sad. Love their pretzels it's a staple point of mine but man that is misleading. Update your hours.

Atrocious service. Stood for 6 minutes, only person in line, made eye contact with the three workers MULTIPLE times and never had an order taken. Once they finally were bothered to do half of their job, they acted like it was the BIGGEST inconvenience in the world. Heaven forbid someone from this company has to make a pretzel...

Ordered cinnamon pretzel bites and mini dog bites. Got home to eat and they were all burnt. Was upset and for me to drive back is 30 miles round trip.
I went there in hopes of devouring the most delicious pepperoni bites… with ranch (they don’t sell ranch… like what) and they were burnt and disgusting. NEVER EAT AGAIN! Tasted like $7.50 worth of garbage! Not to mention they were cold, stale, and they’re cheese comes in a container… yuck ?

Living Vibrations
The lady that was working around noon on 1/22 was really sweet and made sure we got a fresh pretzel when she could've just given us the one from the window. Really appreciate that extra step in customer service, not to mention a fresh hot pretzel! Little did she know, that was the first time my 2 little boys had a fresh / warm breaded / mall pretzel experience, and they've been talking about the warm pretzel since!
