Ive never had a bad pretzel here until today. So dried out i could barely break pieces off. I havent been here for 2 years. I wont be coming back. There should be a time limit on how long these sit under the light. Im truly sad.

Annies Website says closes at 9. Mall closes at 8. Was there at 745 and it was closed. Super sad. Love their pretzels it's a staple point of mine but man that is misleading. Update your hours.

Atrocious service. Stood for 6 minutes, only person in line, made eye contact with the three workers MULTIPLE times and never had an order taken. Once they finally were bothered to do half of their job, they acted like it was the BIGGEST inconvenience in the world. Heaven forbid someone from this company has to make a pretzel...
Best bagels anywhere! And the customer service is awesome. I love stopping in there every time I'm in town!

I went there in hopes of devouring the most delicious pepperoni bites… with ranch (they don’t sell ranch… like what) and they were burnt and disgusting. NEVER EAT AGAIN! Tasted like $7.50 worth of garbage! Not to mention they were cold, stale, and they’re cheese comes in a container… yuck ?
