Annies Website says closes at 9. Mall closes at 8. Was there at 745 and it was closed. Super sad. Love their pretzels it's a staple point of mine but man that is misleading. Update your hours.

The lady that was working around noon on 1/22 was really sweet and made sure we got a fresh pretzel when she could've just given us the one from the window. Really appreciate that extra step in customer service, not to mention a fresh hot pretzel! Little did she know, that was the first time my 2 little boys had a fresh / warm breaded / mall pretzel experience, and they've been talking about the warm pretzel since!

Happy to support this business at the Empire Mall. Prices seemed a little high, but supported a good team of workers in a high-rent location. My server was a courteous AA who admired a white Boomer's Doctor Who shirt, in an age when there are heightened racial tensions; may not seem like much, but to me cultural healing starts off with one mutually nice, ordinary thing. Food was good, gotta love those pretzels!
