We were passing through Sioux Falls and hit up my an A&W our buddy Ray wanted to stop at (again).
It’s a KFC/A&W, I’ve never seen that combo before.
The staff are friendly and really fast. I had an A1 combo (Papa Burger) and an order of Corn Dog nuggets on the side. The nuggets were new to me and I got them as a sharable item (I ended up eating most of them).
The food was served hot and was assembled well. Definitely a great location to hit up on a road trip.
Also the dining room was spotless, it looks recently renovated and had a cool retro vibe.

Nothing like going for a lunch and watching the employees walk around wrestling,swearing at each other. Then 1 guy just walks around hands down his pants playing with himself. Doesn't wash his hands and starts handing people cups. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. Why are these behaviors acceptable? I was so disgusted I set my tray on th counter and left. What a waste of 10 dollars

Had double cheeseburger and cheese curds and a root beer float, all perfect. Burger hot and perfectly cooked, cheese curds fresh and good, float frosty

Christopher (and I’m sure the rest of the crew) needs a raise!! Very friendly, excited about serving others, and knew the menu very well. My sister and I just moved to the area and wanted to try out this place, and he made our experience a 10/10!

Took a bit of time to get my food but it was amazing and the worker was nice.
Arrived and only one car was ahead of me. I ordered 2 root beer floats. It took them over 15 minutes. The first car appeared to have ordered a large bucket of chicken and two root beer floats as well. Instead of having the first car pull ahead they had me and the other 4 cars behind me wait the entire time for the first cars food to be made when all I ordered was drinks. They did not apologize at all for the extremely long wait. The ice cream was good but honestly not worth the hassle.

Got order wrong and refused to fix order. Worst food I've ever had at an a&w. Threw out most of the food and definitely the drinks. Even the root beer was bad

Weird interaction today, Noone was at the counter finally someone said they'll be over to help assist, told them we wanted the root beer floats that were free today, they took our order then disappeared. Someone else came over and said could I take your order. Tables were dirty so we didn't know where to sit, windows needs to be cleaned. Ceiling squares or tiles need to checked out, they look all stained and about to break atop someones head or table. This place needs alot of cleaning to do and upkeep.

Horrible experience here. ZERO STARS !!! We were literally told we had to leave after my family had gotten our food and were seated in the dining room because the dining room closes at 8 PM. Mind you they had gotten their order and were seated before 8. We have a severely disabled son who is difficult to feed in the car. We asked for ketchup before leaving, they were OUT!! How is a fast food restaurant out of ketchup?? We didn’t have napkins or silverware to eat our food. The server was apathetic and rude at best. She did not communicate intelligibly, and put in zero effort to rectify any of the situation. My family is on a cross country trip and we went out of our way to this restaurant because my son wanted to try A&W. I had to find a grocery store to purchase ketchup, napkins and utensils. On top of paying over $70 to feed 5 people. The building interior looked clean enough but the exterior was not well taken care of. The food was ok, but cold by the time I got what we needed at a store to be able to eat. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
