Please remove the window film from your window in the drive-through. The window film is disrespectful to your customers. It allows less interaction with your customers to see their needs if they need extra things or if they just wanna give you a smile or if they wanna make sure you’re not hawking to Logie in their food. I went today and ordered our normal order and was given everything on a drink holder, which I didn’t need. I didn’t need that extra trash in my car. I took all the items individually off the drink holder, and the girl quickly closed the window, taking my napkins with her of course because you have window film on she wasn’t able to see that I was still there and didn’t move away. I had to pound on the window in order to get her attention to have her open the window and get napkins. Again, please, for the love of God remove the window film.

Around 9 o clock’ today, I went into B&G to get sugary treat for myself. I was unfamiliar with the menu, and the kind lady taking my order guided me through it. I’m pretty sure it was a pretty busy behind me as well, and she stayed calm throughout all of it. The young ladies working around the drive-thru were super kind; both blonde ladies. I’ll be stopping in again for this amazing, well-worth service. Thank you B&G for making my Saturday night delicious.

We rarely go out for ice cream anymore but when we go it's to B&G. Ice cream isn't cheap anymore but this place makes it worth the time and money. Everything is always expertly made and tastes like a dream. We are never disappointed by our experience at any B&G location. Would love one on the northwest side!

Still the best local ice cream, and Sioux Falls' best kept ice cream secret! Their strawberry soft serve is their specialty, and is spectacular in ANY creation, especially their banana split avalanche or blackberry bon bon malt (my personal favs)!

Vegetarian options: This is a milk-based ice cream shop, and 1950's style drive-in. It's not geared toward vegetarians. It's geared towards people who want ICE CREAM.

Parking: Easy access and plenty of parking at all their locations, or choose the drive-up window if you prefer. The service is great either way!

Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly! Great kid menu, and games in the lobby to keep them occupied during the wait! Bring a few extra quarters for the games!

Got an avalanche that was literally so thin it was essentially a soup. I asked if they could add a little vanilla ice cream to thicken it up and they basically told me to get lost and asked if I wanted a straw. Never coming back.

Avalanches are too soupy and they blend the small amount of toppings in too much. I prefer brownie chunks, not specks of brownie. I’ve been here 10+ times and it’s like this every time no matter what kind of avalanche you get. Overly expensive for cheap ice cream
