Very disappointed with our experience this evening. My husband ordered two Dirt Worm ice creams for our toddlers at the drive thru and when the staff came to deliver them, they suddenly told him it was cash only because their card machine was down — something he was never told when ordering. He explained that he didn’t have cash and asked if they could still give the ice cream to the kids, given the situation. Instead, they refused and took them back, leaving him to drive away with two crying toddlers. Poor communication and even worse customer service. We’ve been loyal customers, all summer long — this wasn’t about getting free ice cream, it was about doing the right thing.

I LOVE that I can get a gluten free ice cream cone here! Until I came here, I have always needed to get a sundae when getting ice cream. So thank you so much for offering GF cones!! AND the ice cream is so delicious!
Never been here until a work trip brought me to town. It had a unique enough look that I had to try it out. I enjoyed their avalanche ice cream treats. I didn't think the food quality is that great but at least they have food options.
