Great place for a quick breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner bagel. I only ever get the Sun-dried Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese. It's my favorite and the reason I go there. Bagels are chewy on the inside with a nice outter texture. Cream cheese is full of flavor and plentiful.

Gluten Free Bagels review only. Only Udi’s bagels which are not real bagels and not worthy of the high carb count. So disappointed! 🤢. We didn’t stay to look at the regular bagels.

What a classic place that is clearly loved by locals. Went in the morning for breakfast AND came back for lunch, would you believe it? Both times there was a line, attesting to this place being a SF institution. Workers were fast and plenty, super nice. The bagels came out super warm and fresh and had a nice crunch to them. Overall great place and close to campus.

Bagel was great! Unfortunately my ham bagel sandwich was drenched with mayonnaise which overpowered the sandwich. Note to this location: a bagel sandwich doesn't need three tablespoons of mayonnaise!!!
ive always loved this place but i just had to share my experiences with it recently. the second to last time i went here, there were two teenage girls working. one was cleaning, and the other was on her phone. we waited for ten minutes to be helped and neither of them acknowledged us (even though they saw us) so we just ended up leaving. the last time i went, there was a guy and a girl working. there were only a couple people in there but the service was still incredibly slow. the girl was very nice and was very efficient considering she was the only one actually working. the guy had headphones in and was doing absolutely nothing to help the poor girl. he wasn’t even pretending to work. the issue is you guys really just need better workers and i feel like you should have at least 3-4 people working at a time.
