The staff are friendly and fast, too fast for us. My friend and I have vision issues, and we can't read the board on the wall well. Even a printed menu in hand didn't help me much because of the sense of urgency. We like coming here; we like the coffee and the food, but even with help, we feel rushed.
There is a variety of breakfast sandwiches, muffins, cookies, danishes, etc. We usually get the sausage, egg, and cheese on whatever bagel staff points out behind them or on the list by the sneeze shield.
Near the drink cooler and register are bags of discount bagels. They have many self-serve coffee flavors to choose from as well as a soft-drink machine. They also have other types of coffee drinks on their menu.
The bathrooms are single person use. The women's has always been clean and supplied.
They have a small group area in addition to the main eating room. If you didn't happen to come with or meet up with a friend and don't want to people watch or zone out on electronics, they have a magazine rack for free papers, local rental guides, and other local magazines.

Today I was refused my free coffee that I’ve always gotten from here every so often because they gave Veterans a free cup of coffee. Now the policy is buy something in order to get it. That’s not the issue so much as the employee delivering the message like I’m not a regular well not anymore. Black army veteran not buying a bagel and just wants coffee is a no go here. They’ll smile in your face act supportive but deep down no.

Always enjoy a tasty breakfast boy on everything bagel. It was not a busy time of day after 2pm. The order was taken pleasantly and efficiently. We enjoyed our sandwiches while some folks were playing cards behind us. What an enjoyable lunch!

I absolutely love bagel boy and will continue eating here, I just had an odd interaction at lunch when getting rung up, I questioned it as it was rung different than in the past, the gal helping me got short with me and then proceeded to charge me more. I hate awkward confrontation so just paid and my friend and I just thought it was kinda odd, and tried to brush it off. It just shook me a little as I plainly asked if that's the normal ring up and then was kinda snapped at and charged more. I eat bagel boy weekly, love it, but this turns me off slightly as I meant no offense and made me feel kinda bad.
I usually DoorDash because it is very busy, but always so good and affordable!

Avoid the everything bagel. It was extremely salty, and I have a pretty high salt tolerance. The sausage patty that was used for the sausage and egg bagel was low quality as well, very chewy.
Most of the tables were not clean.

The line is typically long and that just tells the bagels are amazing! I recommend the pizza bagel add jalapeño cream cheese. I’ve been ordering this for years!

We went in 15 minutes before close today. Just to get cream cheese. The employees were all super friendly and answered our questions as this was our 1st time. Everyone was professional, weren't on their phones (we've discovered that this can be a problem some places), and despite it being so close to closing time were happy to see us 😊 This cream cheese (bacon scallion) is absolutely going to be the reason both of us will be on my 600lb life. Thank y'all for amazing service and even more amazing food.
