Ordered a strawberry “smoothie” and bagel on DoorDash and received a bright orange cup of pure syrup! Called bagel boy and was told they use a new smoothie machine that uses a package of syrup and that “the strawberry just looks orange” this was disgusting! I dumped it out. He told me he can’t refund after orders have been confirmed. Will never be back. Horrible service/business

Older lady at front ignores most people until she wants to talk to them. They keep taking orders while sandwiches pile up in the oven waiting to be finished. Watched my bagels sit on the roller for 15 minutes before anyone touched them and they just kept taking new orders

Salt Salt Salt- instead of asking for more cowbell the bagel maker just wanted more salt. My pretzel bagel I got here today is almost comical. Then you factor in the 30 minute wait and realize this place needs serious management changes. What a horrible experience.

I was so pleased with the food and service on the Bagel Boy on Minnesota so I came to this location expecting similar and was so disappointed. The food prep area was incredibly messy, the staff seemed unenthused, the sandwich was poorly made and I found not 1 but 2 long hairs in it. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this was bad.. real bad.

This place is absolutely absurd. No one pays attention to you even with 6 employees working. You’ll be waiting well over 45+ minutes for one sandwich. A lot of the employees are more worried about arguing with each other than anything. I don’t understand how this place is still open with customer service like theirs.

Bacon egg cheese bagel is my breakfast when I am leaving town. I stop in at least 2 x year.
Had a large mocha...large was I think about 7.00 according to their menu on wall...charged over 11.00 for it and change back was 7.62...do better..the old blonde that works there is rude and unhelpful...first time in the place and will never go back..waited over 10 min to just place the drink order and pay..the coffee was mediocre. DO BETTER
