it doesn't take 20 minutes to crap out two disappointing bagels, but yet here I am sitting still waiting. Don't waste your time on the drive thru. It's not worth the annoyance. After 30 minutes, I finally got my order. At this point, you'd think "if it took them this long, it better come out perfectly". You'd be as poorly mistaken as I was. They still managed to mess up my order. TL;DR - the drive thru is a waste of time. go inside.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review anywhere but this place is not what it used to be. Waiting 30 minutes in the drive through for two cars and my order still hadn’t been taken. If you don’t have the staff to move people through the drive through, then close it! Embarrassing level of service.

Always so unorganized and chaotic inside. The drive thru is even worse. The bagels don’t even compare to the bagel boy on Minnesota avenue as well as their service. Food is almost always visually unappealing.

However the real killer was spending 30 minutes in the drive thru then after waiting another 10 minutes they till me the just ran out of my bagel and can no longer make my order. I would not recommend this place unless you are looking to wait 45-1 hour for a bagel.

My gf and I stood at the cash register for probably 15 minutes before anyone rung up our order. Our food was done long before anyone stopped to even look at the register. We could have just left with the food if we were dishonest, as it was in our hands about 5 minutes after we got to the register. They need to dedicate one person to the register, and one to drinks. Doing both is too much during a rush.
The food was kind of mediocre. We ordered a veeery small decaf coffee, an iced coffee, 2 bagel sandwiches and a scone. It had no business costing $30 for the quality of the food. The sandwiches seemed like they came out of the freezer section of Walmart or the McDonalds across the street.

Bagel was tasty, but getting someone to take my money was challenging. Sandwich was very skimpy on the meat for the price.

They messed up our order by giving us the wrong food. Got take out and drove to the airport to leave. Once we sat down to open our food, we received the wrong order which was something we would not eat. Waste of money and unfortunate. Got one of the breakfast bagels, the other was some sort of GF with veggie. Shoot.

They no longer have walnuts in their walnut cream cheese based on my last 4 visits. The kitchen area is gross; cracked or missing ceiling tiles, wires hanging down, dirt on floors, dusty machinery, etc. The eating area was fine but the kitchen was not.

We've loved Bagel Boy for years, but lately have been having issues. Today was the last straw. 30+ min for 3 bagels, my husband had to notify them that bagels were backed up on the toaster. A few min later he watched it get backed up again and bagels were falling on the floor.
