Chasing Willows Apartments

I had the worst experience even trying to get my application processed by costello. I talked with Jeff brooks head chair of multi housing board, i talked with Joan the owner of costello and after 2 weeks still no answer on the applicstion. These people will 2 face you and lie to you.. starting with Ashley at chasing willows manager. Do not waste your time unless this is your last resort

Unprofessional never updates you on your application and will go ghost on you

I can’t say enough good things about Chasing Willows and the property manager Rebecca! They truly go above and beyond for their residents. From the moment I moved in, they made the process seamless and stress-free. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, her response has been incredibly fast and professional. Their attention to detail and care for the community is unmatched. They treat every tenant with kindness and respect, making you feel like more than just a resident. I highly recommend living here! … and if I could give this property a 10/10 I definitely would! But I guess a 5/5 will have to do :)

Hello I just wanna say for chasing willows apartments mgr Rebecca has been so helpful patient and amazing to me and my daughter getting us moved into our new home so kindhearted to me and my daughter and welcoming…I give her 6 stars for her professionalism and as a mgr so understanding helping me move forward when I doubted myself upon getting into the apartments I Hope you guys keep this woman around for as long as you can she is definitely one of a kind and the reason chasing willows is so great the apartments were soooo nice beautiful work done I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful environment and a beautiful home thx Rebecca and the chasing willows team

I want to give a big shout out to Rebecca the office manager she is amazing she was able to get two of my clients into apartments quick and she was very patient with them both. She wonderful

worst apartment complex ever smfh . first of all , they ignore for days on end , won’t respond to you for a good 1-2 weeks , AND will NOT notify you if you get an infraction . you’ll get put out on the streets one random day with infractions you didn’t know you had . chasing willows is horrible . would definitely NOT recommend .

Costello is by far the worst company I have ever rented from. I lived here for 2 YEARS before they fixed a black mold problem in my unit! We went 3 months without a washing machine which they came to fix TWICE and it’s still broken! I’ve lived here for 4 years total and never once had an infraction or issue with the landlords until this most recent one. Since I put in my 60 day notice to move we have received 5 infractions. Andrea the “landlord” has made me and my girlfriend feel targeted And was one of the largest if not the largest reason as to why we made the decision to leave.

This is my second time living at a Costello property and this has been by far the worst I’ve EVER experienced. I’m not one to write reviews but here I am so you know it’s bad. If you’re considering Vineyard Heights, just don’t. I’ve regretted my decisions since the first week. Costello rushed to get us moved in here after extended the move in date 3 times. The final time they had to pay to put people up. Even then they waited until Monday at 5pm to start signing leases giving us zero chance to really look things over. My unit still had construction to be done and tools and hardware were left in my unit. So, moving in (after I rescheduled the movers one because they pushed back the moving date last minute) the unit wasn’t even clean. There was construction dust everywhere and small metal shards on the floor. All finishes were quickly and poorly done. They offered to clean but showed up at around 7pm after my belongings moved in and while I was getting my daughter to bed for school the next day. There have been several maintenance requests ignored for days while they prepare the other building to get more poor souls moved in. There’s so much more. It’s been so awful. I can’t wait to get out of here!!

A good, quiet place to live, for those who like to contemplate the beauty of nature and the creation of human hands.

Good community room but not as many amenities.

This little nest on the third floor is amazing, sure the stairs are challenging at first to conquer, but the apartment is so worth it. Plus I get my daily exercise in climbing to the third floor. The master bedroom is large and the two bedrooms have two full bathrooms. I highly recommend this place.

Outside area was really clean parking look adequate but I do not know about the inside three stars

Beautiful complex, grounds are very well cared for. Will be contacting Devin, when I’m ready for my next move! 5stars!

Very spacious, has a great community room, staff was helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. Love the playgrounds and so do my kids!

I feel like they collect applications fee and look for reason to deny or prolong the process. My advice if you’re applying there make sure you have a backup plan because they might tell you you’re approved and make you pack and 2days before the moving in they tell your you’re aren’t qualified.
