I was excited to finally try Bibisol. The timing had never worked out previously, and I had a friend in town, so we went there for dinner. We are both gluten free. The space is very small, but is cute and comfortable. The service was good, and the food arrived quickly. Serving sizes are rather small in comparison to a traditional Mexican restaurant, but in line with more upscale restaurants. I enjoyed my food, as did my friend. Everything looked and tasted freshly made. The only downside is that paying nearly $20 for two relatively small tamales or a couple empanadas feels crazy. I'm sure I will go back again, but it likely will not become a mainstay in our restaurant rotation.

A wonderful experience! It was my first time dining with BibiSol and I had a great time. The staff was inviting and attentive from start to finish, and everybody we interacted with was warm and welcoming. Our waiter guided us through the menu with detail and gave us helpful recommendations for what was popular, spicy, how things were served/prepared, etc, which was much appreciated. He excitedly gave us his opinion when we had trouble deciding, and I could tell he loved the food -- which is always so wonderful to see. We loved the totopos and queso -- the half order was very generous on its own for two people. I ordered the enfrijoladas with barbacoa, which were amazing, but nearly ordered the tamales too. The tortillas are the passion project here, and you would be remiss to order anything that didn't have them involved! I would absolutely be back!

I expected your typical "Mexican" restaurant. Bibisol is far from typical. The staff are so knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with decisions. The ambiance and food is high-end dining. I will definitely visit Bibisol every time I get to Sioux Falls. Everything was outstanding.

First time at BibiSol and it will definitely not be my last. Awesome fresh food. I had the empanada and the Sopa Azteca. Others in my group had the taquitos, barbacoa tacos and tostadas and the shrimp tacos. Delicious!!!
Great experience! The waitress was outstanding! The presentation of the food was beautiful! Tasty! Salsa was top notch! It was a lovely evening!

The food was spectacular. The wait staff was amazing. The only thing I was not a fan of was sitting a a table out in the lobby area of the building rather than inside the restaurant. Otherwise it was fantastic!
