I was excited to finally try Bibisol. The timing had never worked out previously, and I had a friend in town, so we went there for dinner. We are both gluten free. A wonderful experience! It was my first time dining with BibiSol and I had a great time. The staff was inviting and attentive from start to finish, and everybody we interacted with was warm and welcoming. Our waiter guided us through the menu with detail and gave us helpful recommendations for what was popular, spicy, how things were served/prepared, etc, which was much appreciated. He excitedly gave us his opinion when we had trouble deciding, and I could tell he loved the food...
I expected your typical "Mexican" restaurant. Bibisol is far from typical. The staff are so knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with decisions. The ambiance and food is high-end dining. I will definitely visit Bibisol every time I get to Sioux Falls. Everything was outstanding.
