Our first visit to Big Sioux Burger a few months ago was pleasant and the food was decent, but this review is specifically about the morning of November 16, 2025. My wife and I walked in and seated ourselves, as the sign suggested. The booth looked perfectly clean and ready, but the waitress immediately complained that she hadn't finished bussing that booth and proceeded to wipe it again. We both ordered coffee and water. She brought water for both of us but coffee only for me....read full review
Great burgers I reccomend the house burger
came here special on a Saturday night for karoake. made 40th birthday plans to specifically go there for karoake. everywhere online advertised Saturday karoake. even called a week ahead to confirm there was karoake. do you think there was karoake? of course not. we arrived and they said "we decided this week to not have karoake on Saturday anymore". Who does that? after that disappointment and then reading the food reviews I will not be back.
