Boki Gelato Italian Artisan Ice Cream

Visited TWICE just to confirm this location is SUPPOSED to open at 10am not 11am. No employees. Nothing when called back. The WHOLE MALL is supposed to open at 10am. No excuses. Your company doesn't care about customers. I hope you get shut down.

Once I had one of my associates come to me saying there is a man drooling while sleeping on the job so i proceeded to go down to this gelato place and wake sir up lmao. I do not recommend this place what so ever. I just tried to buy a hotdog and she told me all they have is lemonade which made no sense. Anyway, I just asked for a small coke and then she proceeds to ring up these girls behind me so I just walked away. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Love this place! Great Gelato, and cheese cake on a stick!

Owner is a super great guy and very friendly. The gelato was amazing!

Specifically went to the mall THREE TIMES to try this gelato and wasn’t able to due to poor customer service. The first time I went it was an hour before the mall closed and the worker had already closed most of the store down. ( the look on his face when I asked what time they close told me he probably wasn’t supposed to have closed shop yet) And then the last two times I was there during the day and there was no one behind the counter for OVER AN HOUR!! There was no sign that said they stepped out or anything so I sat there and waited thinking they would come out from the back but nope! I asked the worker at Nestle cookies next door amd she said that it’s very common for your staff to do that and shut down early. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ridiculous. The worker said he didn't know how to make a funnel cake. He said they had the stuff to make it but he didnt know how to make it. He was the only one working. Go anywhere but here. Chili's is accross the street. This place is better off closed.

Poor customer service, stood their for almost 30 minutes I only got service after my dad came in and his excuse was he didn’t see me when I watched as he peeked at the counter a few times

Scary old and moldy popcorn! You to cheap to pop fresh popcorn. Sunday around 1 pm. The popcorn was 3 to 5 days old. Been sitting for days.Nasty!

No one was there to help serve customers.This was during noon, returned an hour later and still no worker to be found.many customers were trying to purchase but no one was there.one customer waited but instead they went to nestle.why make the popcorn and not sell it.
