Once I had one of my associates come to me saying there is a man drooling while sleeping on the job so i proceeded to go down to this gelato place and wake sir up lmao. I do not recommend this place what so ever. I just tried to buy a hotdog and she told me all they have is lemonade which made no sense. Anyway, I just asked for a small coke and then she proceeds to ring up these girls behind me so I just walked away. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Amazing flavors. Outstanding service. We've been to Sicily and Boki is pretty close to our experience !!! Definitely recommend. I get some every time we're in town!!!

Specifically went to the mall THREE TIMES to try this gelato and wasn’t able to due to poor customer service. The first time I went it was an hour before the mall closed and the worker had already closed most of the store down. ( the look on his face when I asked what time they close told me he probably wasn’t supposed to have closed shop yet) And then the last two times I was there during the day and there was no one behind the counter for OVER AN HOUR!! There was no sign that said they stepped out or anything so I sat there and waited thinking they would come out from the back but nope! I asked the worker at Nestle cookies next door amd she said that it’s very common for your staff to do that and shut down early. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ridiculous. The worker said he didn't know how to make a funnel cake. He said they had the stuff to make it but he didnt know how to make it. He was the only one working. Go anywhere but here. Chili's is accross the street. This place is better off closed.

When i went up to order a medium popcorn witch said it was $2.99, the guy ended up charging me $5.41. he looked at the cash in my hand and saw how much i had, their popcorn was absolutely gross. It was stale and it had a horrible taste. Please never go here its not worth it. You should to auntie annes or nestle toll house instead. DO NOT COME HERE
