Boss' Pizza & Chicken

Waited 2 1/2 hours for order! Food was not worth the wait at all.

Great fried chicken, especially with the spicy seasoning you can request they put on. It has a nice crisp to the skin and a juicy, tender inside. They're also one of the only places open when everything else is closed. We'll definitely be back again!

Called in a pickup order, and was quoted a 60 minute wait. I arrived 20 minutes after calling in order, and the food was ready. Part of my order was incorrect (which is very frequently), but they did remake what was missing. Once I got home with food, I was met with more disappointment; undercooked and under-seasoned wings, and overcooked broasted chicken. The wedges also had an old/freezer burnt taste. The chicken was the best thing about this establishment, but that has gone down the tubes, along with the quality of the staffing. Very disappointing.

Have always had great delivery service. Been waiting 2 hours tonight. Guessing it will be cold if we get it.

The Order was Mixed up, and the Pizza was just not good. I hate to leave this review, but this was bad. The Buffalo chicken pizza was burnt. The crust tasted like a giant saltine. The pepperoni pizza, which didn't have pepperoni, was also saltine-like. The staff seemed friendly but really out of it, and the place seemed like a fine pizza venue.

Not greatest food, but not the worst either. I ordered a chicken dinner, but the chicken wasn't flavored all that much. At least the potato salad was good. The employees were also nice & accommodating.

It’s the worst service I have experienced. Every time I have went it gets worse.

Nasty manager, nasty kitchen. Waited 2 hours for soggy gross food. Yuck

First we stood at the counter while three people talked behind it not acknowledging us for several minutes. Then our food took longer than expected and the staff seemed confused about what we ordered. When the food came (at different times) I was greeted with obviously cheap appetizers that are lower quality than what you find in the freezers of Walmart and a chewy thin pizza crust that would rival a frozen pizza in blandness. When I saw the prices I expected something decent, when I got my order I was pissed. On top of that, the card reader prompts you to tip so I did, only to get terrible service. I don’t leave reviews normally, I just move on and don’t go back, but this place was so bad it compelled me to voice my opinion.

New owner is rude to his employees and they are rude to customers and will lie to cover themselves deliveries are late and food is over priced the only good thing is they cut vegetables fresh daily make dough daily and make their own potato salad and colslaw

Food was good. Coleslaw, and potato salad, and the new ranch doesn't taste good or the same with new ownership they changed the recipe. It is cleaner with new ownership. Owner can be rude to his employees. Last time my husband was there he saw the owner from the gaming room yelling at one of the girl employees. Still seen some familiar faces from previous ownership still working there over the last 2-4 years. Pizzas still made the same which is great. Kid friendly cups 🥤 but no lids or straws so beware there's no lids if your kiddo is at the toddler age of throwing or dropping items.
