The very first impression is getting smacked in the face in the entry-way with chlorine from the pool at the hotel. While I fought a runny nose the entire time due to the same chlorine scent, I sat it out. I arrive at 1130 and ordered my food, I was recommended to get the pizza burger. It arrived about 25 minutes later (tough for a lunch break) and the first thing I noticed is that it appeared half my fries were not there. It was about half of a small fry from any fast food chain. I ate everything and was full thanks to the very large portion of pizza burger which was the star of the lunch. It however lacked some flavor and I was handed a ranch (without asking) to help. After rushing to eat so I could get back to work without meeting the HR department for having a long break, I was surprised to see my bill was $24 for a pizza burger, half a fry, and a soda.
Pleasantly surprised with the vibe inside, very cool place. Expensive food and chlorine stole the show here though.

The Bandera bread taste like the dough was fried in the frier then cheese tossed on top and pushed through the oven. The Pizza on the other hand was good, not as warm as I thiught it would be but still good. Service was good, atmosphere is chlorinated as you. It is directly next to the hotels pool.

We arrived at 11:30 AM on a Saturday. It was not very busy. We ordered the New York pizza. It was delicious… A little on the spicy side. Our waiter was very attentive. And at that time of day, it was easy to hear each other.

This was a bad experience. The whole place smelled like chlorine. We were the only customers, had slow service, they forgot our order, spilled chips on the ground. The pizzas were horrendous, so we only ate half of the food. The chicken shrimp was good, but not good enough to justify this experience.

Spent 20 minutes sitting at the bar, never got acknowledged. Once I was I waited another 10, never did get to order anything. Moved over to a table and waited another 10 minutes before my fiancee finally had to go over to a poor busboy and ask what we had to do to get service. I'm staying at the connected hotel for a couple more days, won't waste my time or spend my money there again.

Our second time in. Had two bartenders look at us , then ignore us . Another lady had been there longer than us and was also waiting for service. After standing up and waiving my arms a few times, one came down to help us. The guy bartender still just stood their doing nothing while the gal that came down helped us and the lady. The first time there it was just the same male bartender, service wasn't good then either.

We decided to stay at the hotel. We sat down at 7:05 pm. Ordered food by 7:15 for just the two kids. It goes downhill from there. The kids food didn’t come out for 40 minutes. They were lukewarm at best. We had ordered our food by 7:25 For the two adults. The adults did not get their food until 8:20. By then the kids were done eating, and as soon as our food came out, it was also lukewarm at best. Walked out at 8:45. Our food was discounted, but it didn’t make up for everything else. Their excuse was the kitchen was slammed with two go orders. Should never take that long with everything. The restaurant had maybe 20 people total in it. Two severs one bar tender and a manager. Was really hoping for a good experience the menu looked really delicious to keep trying new things.

Ordered 5 bowls of soup, 4 chicken dumpling and one tomato basil. Wait staff came back about 20 minutes later to tell us they only had 3 chicken dumpling and that the tomato soup was still frozen. We took the 3 soups and replaced the other with a side salad. The 3 soups came out about 10 minutes later and they were cold. Like the bowl and everything, nothing was warm, wait staff had to have known but still served it anyway. We sent them all back to be heated up, which took about another 10 minutes. Pretzel bites were ok, queso was mildly warm temp wise. Nachos came out burnt, again, how the wait staff (or anyone felt it was ok to serve these I will never understand. 2 wraps were brought out about 20 minutes after everyone else got their food and the only thing that was correct was the sauce on them. They were supposed to come with cabbage and carrots, they were loaded with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Had to pick them apart to just eat the chicken. We spent about 90 minutes there and $120 that could have been spent elsewhere, but after we complained about the nachos our wait staff never came back to check on us. So we just paid the bill in cash and left, with a tip included even though the service was shoty at best. I’ve never been so upset about spending money on a meal as I was tonight, and calling it a meal is not accurate the way everything was done.

Place was not busy when we went Saturday about 12. Service was terrible from our waitress. We Had to keep asking the bartender "where's our waitress?" Or can we get refills or another drink?". Other than that food was good.

Ordered pizza for pick up.What the food is supposed to look like versus what I received. When I got it home and opened it, I called immediately and spoke to the manager. He just said I apologize but it has charred pepperoni it’s supposed to look like that. I told him that the pepperoni weren’t charred they were burned black and tasted burnt. Then he said that he’d tell the kitchen staff to watch better when they cook the pepperoni. So lesson learned we won’t be back again for a $22.99 pizza. First photo is what it’s supposed to look like, 2nd is what we got
Been there twice, both times the bartender seemed to be the only one that gave a crap. Food was ok, service was the worst I've ever experienced and I'd guess I go out to eat as much as any one. I'd strongly suggest sitting at bar if you check it out
I want to preface this review by saying that Charelle was absolutely fantastic. The rest, not so much...
Went there with our kids for supper. We ordered the nachos and the kids ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. After about 20 minutes, out came the slightly overcooked/overheated nachos. They were decent despite the crispy outer parts but didn't come out hot. We asked about the spinach and artichoke dip and the person that dropped it off said to let our server know. Charelle came back pretty quickly to see how things came out. We said we didn't get the spinach dip and she said she'd check and be right back. She came back and said the kitchen ran out. The kitchen should have let her know right away so we could order a replacement. Now our kids are sitting there with no appetizer and we're eating our warm (not hot) one.
We placed our order and wait 40 minutes. We were just ready to go someplace else and Charelle tells us it's coming out soon. Another few minutes and sure enough, there it is. The fries were smoking hot and really good. My Italian sandwich wasn't hot, wasn't cold. The pizza was leaning towards cold--it had clearly been sitting out for a bit. French dip was good. The chicken sandwich was good; could have been warmer/hot.
Overall, the service was great. The food, not so much. Had we gotten the food right away it would have been one thing, but to sit and wait and then get served less than hot food was disappointing.
We may give it another try at some point--they certainly have a comprehensive menu--they just need to have better communication between the kitchen and wait staff. It has potential if their kitchen could get their stuff together. They weren't even very busy; I can't imagine the chaos on a busy night.

Been going there to watch football games on Sunday. Best place in town. The food has been great! highly recommend the wings. They have a ton of apps on special during the game. Atmosphere is also top notch they have every football game on throughout the restaurant. HUGE TV's so there is not a bad spot in the whole place to sit. Cold Beer specials during the games and having the sound of the game over the speakers makes it very enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone local looking for a chill spot to watch the games and eat some great food. Staff has been wonderful and so glad this place opened up. Worth checking out for sure!

Might have been an off night. Staff were having some sort of disagreement between servers and management, I audibly heard it since it was being discussed 10ft away.
