This place used to be 5 stars all day long but something has fundamentally changed. The service wasn't good and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. I'm super disappointed because I used to love coming here but it just isn't the same botskis.

Chicken Gizzards are so over priced at this Botskis Bar. I ordered a half ordered which was around a handful of serving which was 12 and some change. They ain't that good. Won't be going back...

I placed an online order for pickup at 12:40 PM on 5/17/25. I called the restaurant at 10:17 AM to request an earlier pickup time due to a schedule conflict, but was told fried chicken wouldn’t be ready until after noon. Since they couldn’t accommodate the change, I canceled the order immediately over the phone.

Five days later, I still hadn’t received a refund, so I visited the restaurant in person. Instead of helping, the owner (Bobby) told me it was my fault for not knowing I had to pick up the food at 12:40—even though I had clearly canceled because they couldn’t make it earlier.

No refund, no accountability, and poor customer service. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Slow service is more like no service. My husband went in for a take out order and sat up at the bar. There were 2 waitresses that didn’t say anything to him for 20 minutes. They weren’t busy and there was a guy sitting at the bar which they got him a beer but yet acted like they didn’t even see my husband. After 20 minutes of waiting he looked at the server and said forget my order and all she said was ok. We give places grace periods with change of owner ship and don’t like leaving bad reviews but how many people does this happen to. I have worked as a waitress before and I would have never been able to not say hi to a customer and ignore them, my manager would have fired me. I guess customer service has gone down hill. The thing is too we are really good tippers and even take out orders we tip. I did reach out privately to them with no response. Hopefully this changes but treating customers poorly is not going to help keep your business going.

Extremely loud hard rock music during breakfast. No one there could enjoy the company they were trying to talk to. No need for loud bar music at 9 am.
