Ever since the new regime took over Botski’s has fallen off a cliff & it all starts at the head. Surprised they are still open & I don’t understand how they are. Don’t they owe everyone? Hopefully karma pays them a visit.

Wow - new owners all the rest has gone downhill- out of lamb chislic and gizzards for over two months - find a new supplier. No Heinz 57 for the chewy beef chislic. Service is slow due to short staffing. Where are the new owners? Went on New Years Day and again one server for the entire bar and restaurant. We were regulars that won’t be back - do better or sell to someone that will!

I would definitely recommend the fried chicken. The pretzel bites were also very good. I was not a fan of the tempura shrimp or chislic, but they were not bad, I've just had much better.

We went to Botski’s Bar and Grill last night and were really impressed. Summer the bartender was fantastic, and the chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. I even tried the gizzards for the first time, and they were surprisingly very good—definitely recommend their fried food.
I did find a white hair in my food, and the bathrooms needed serious cleaning, but with some attention to hygiene and staff wearing hats, this place could easily be a five-star spot.
Overall, great service and amazing food with tons of potential.

I love this place. One of the best things that you can get to eat here is their fried Chicken. Fresh and delicious. My girlfriend got French dip and that was delicious as well. The service is great friendly. The atmosphere is nice. They have sports on the television so if there's a game on you can watch it.

This place used to be 5 stars all day long but something has fundamentally changed. The service wasn't good and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. I'm super disappointed because I used to love coming here but it just isn't the same botskis.
