We sat outside on the patio and even though it was 85 degrees it was so shady and comfortable. I ordered the pizza and it couldn't have been more delicious. Hank, the manager is so polite and welcoming! He chatted with us and we really enjoyed his professiona, but sweet personality.

Our favorite spot in Sioux Falls! The wood fired pizzas are the best in the upper Midwest and the wine selection is extensive. Hank and his crew provide top tier service every time.
Overall a little disappointed. Our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable however our pizza ($17 for an average size small) was more than crispy. I was surprised that this amount of burnt was served when it had multiple rounds of eyes on it before it reached our table. Overall we had the small pizza, charcuterie, and 3 glasses of wine and spent $80 + tip. This was our first time and Brix and we have had Maribella’s food one other time and had a similarly average experience. We will likely return but maybe just for wine.

A great starter is the Figura e Burrata Crostini—it was that good! And if you love wine, you're in for a treat. They've got an incredible selection, and I was impressed by how much the staff knows about each bottle. They've helped me discover some real gems that perfectly matched my meals.The vibe at Brix is exactly what you'd hope for in a wine bar.
