Overall a little disappointed. Our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable however our pizza ($17 for an average size small) was more than crispy. I was surprised that this amount of burnt was served when it had multiple rounds of eyes on it before it reached our table. Overall we had the small pizza, charcuterie, and 3 glasses of wine and spent $80 + tip. This was our first time and Brix and we have had Maribella’s food one other time and had a similarly average experience. We will likely return but maybe just for wine.

When he understood our taste a bottle that wasn’t even on the list came out that was perfect. If you like wine this is a must visit if you are in Sioux Falls.

Had an amazing time at Brix Wine Bar here in Sioux Falls and just had to share my experience. First off, the food is out of this world. A great starter is the Figura e Burrata Crostini—it was that good! And if you love wine, you're in for a treat. They've got an incredible selection, and I was impressed by how much the staff knows about each bottle. They've helped me discover some real gems that perfectly matched my meals.The vibe at Brix is exactly what you'd hope for in a wine bar. It's cozy, welcoming, and the music just sets the perfect tone for the evening. It feels like every detail is thoughtfully curated to make your visit special.I can't recommend Brix Wine Bar enough. Brix is the best combination of food, wine, and friendship. Their wine list is both interesting and all encompassing, new world and old world wines, with something for everyone. If you are ever questioning what you would enjoy, Hank is the man to ask, with excellent service and great conversation, he will guide you to your new favourite bottle. And having the full Maribella menu is just the cherry on top of this delicious wine bar sundae. 6/5 stars
