Always treated well by staff. Food is a little over-priced. Restaurant is a little loud, but if a sports-bar vibe is what you are looking for in a family establishment, you may like it.

I have problems EVERY time i come here.
Wings have gotten smaller, prices have gotten crazy, and the service just struggles so much with simple things. (Getting orders wrong, forgetting to put in drinks or refills on unlimited, messing up the bills, ringing things up without the specials, ect) **not just once either, its constant, and i think most people are too timid to correct them or complain but im just over it**
Also, i use the buffalo wild wings rewards app, and every single time, they mess up on the bill, despite me bringing it up multiple times.
It used to be my favorite place. Now it's just stressful coming here. Im sitting in my car writing this, realizing this is probably the 5th time in a row i regret coming here.
Why even come if im just going to be stressed out. It's not worth it.

This is an excellent Buffalo Wild Wings, though it is the lesser of the two Sioux Falls locations. This location still has a lot of tvs, great atmosphere and staff, and the usual decor. Though the one on Louise is larger, has larger tvs, more tvs, and way less windows. Depends on the vibe you want. Again, this is still an excellent Buffalo Wild Wings location!

We sat down, ordered our 3 drinks. When we got them, 2 were wrong. We watched the waiters at the drink station (5 of them) stand there talking drama for 10 mins. When the waiter came back to the table she brought one drink forgot the other one. Waited a while longer for 1 drink. Guy at the table next to us struggled to waive down the staff (they were back at the drink station again) he got his ticket fixed, after that another guy walked to the drink station to physically hand his ticket to the staff. We got our food, only recived fries when we ordered tots. Left that alone, a different person delivered it. I wanted to order a drink from the bar, I tried to ask but was ignored. After a bit, our waiter came back. I then ordered the drink from the bar. (6 people at the drink station, man with keys was standing near our area) I never got my drink. Asked for the bill as we finished up. We were charged for the drink I never received. Pay attention to your tickets.

Atmosphere was perfectly fine. Now let's get to the nitty-gritty. First off....servers were more worried about tips being cleared into their buckets than service. After I got my beverage, it took the server ten minutes, after I tried to flag him down, for a menu. Now....the food: 6 boneless Cajun wings. It took twenty minutes for them and they came out colder than it is outside. Not impressed for my first impression of this location.

me and my boyfriend decided to come here just because. everything was fine, we did seat ourselves due them only having high top tables available. Once we sat down we waited for 15 min for our waiter to come and take our drink order and food order, once we received our drinks only one straw was given to us and we were unable to get the servers attention, about 10 min later a lady came out with our appetizer and set it on the table and when we went to the ask her for another straw she completely ignored us and walked away with her head down. That same lady brought our food and again set it down and we tried asking for a straw but again she ignored us finally our server came back after about 5 min of getting our food to ask how it is and then we finally received a straw. My boyfriend’s wings were hard and had a weird taste and my burger was oddly very chewy. When it came time to pay from the time the server came and set the check on the table to when she picked it up it was quite some time. Although the place has been a family favorite im not impressed with the service or the food, i wont lie the server was very nice and it was a little busy but to the other lady who ignored us that was uncalled for.
I would not recommend ordering online from this location. The workers play games with your food if you don't tip whatever they think they deserve. I will choose the Louise location when I decide to eat at BWW again.

My first time at this restaurant, and I can tell you that it is the worst service that can exist, in fact there was no service at all, we arrived at 9:20 pm and the restaurant was 20-30% full, meaning it was empty, we waited about 8-10 minutes for someone to seat us, then we were at the table for about 15-20 minutes waiting for a waiter to come and take our order, which is unheard of bordering on ridiculous, we made the decision to leave, without eating and without drinking absolutely anything, because if it is like that to start, we do not want to know what the outcome will be like afterwards, if you are looking for lousy service and to feel like you have to beg to be served, this is your place

We were served by a nice gentleman named Dan who has been by far one of the best people i have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. 10/10 recommend. If you want a lot of sauce, just ask for them wet!!!

Boyfriend and I went went on Saturday night for our date night. Was not busy at all. Waited 5 plus minutes at entrance multiple servers saw us and did not greet us. Finally was greeted only to be told to seat our selves. Once seated waited even longer to be brought a menu. Kitchen was out of chips so I told waiter I needed a minute on apps and we went ahead an ordered. Tried ordering a different app 2 minutes after order was put in ( didnt mind if didnt come out first ) waiter told me he would have to ask the kitchen first so I told him nevermind and just waiting on the food. We asked for salt and had to remind waiter to bring it again was not busy in restaurant. Did not get a refill on my drink. I will say the food was great, service not so much.
