My husband ordered the Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings, but unfortunately the food was not fresh at all. The wings had a bad, rotten smell and tasted spoiled, which made them completely inedible. The fries, onion rings were also soggy and cold. Very disappointed with the quality of the food definitely not what we expected. Never going back again.

I’ve ordered takeout here twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I ordered while I was 15 minutes away, but still had to wait an extra 45 minutes once I arrived. This second time, no one helped me for 10 minutes after I walked in. When I finally went to the bar to ask for help, the bartender told me takeout was “over there.” I explained that last time I had to wait 30 minutes, so I figured going to the bar would be quicker. I also needed help because it was my first time using the warmers. Instead of assisting, the manager came over and was unnecessarily rude. At this point, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Food was cold they forgot one of our meals one was totally screwed up and when they brought the forgotten meal it was wrong and offered no refills on drink very disappointed. Won't be back to this one.

These are not the wings you are searching for. B-Dubs has gradually been going downhill for years now. I gave this spot a shot back in 2023 with traditional wings and they were overcooked, thin/small, and just were not appetizing.

Fast forward to today on a delivery order. Figured I'd give this location another shot. It was definitely a swing and a miss. Since last time I ordered traditional, I figured I'd give the boneless a shot. Ordered 10 bbq boneless, carrots and ranch. The carrots and ranch were missing - so no ranch for the wings. The BBQ sauce was not great, the wings were very dry and not appetizing. To know i paid $15 for mediocre (at best) wings. Ate half and threw the rest away, better off buying frozen wings and making them yourself for a fraction of the price.

No ill-will towards the place, just won't be coming back again.

Id give zero stars if it were possible . Ordered take out , Picked up wings right when time said they'd be done . Drove not 3 blocks to my house to find no lie, ICE COLD WINGS. Which were tossed in might as well have been no sauce there was so little . DONT GO HERE

Food was cold sent back over 5 minutes and never did get any tried getting ahold of one of servers all 4 were just standing there one looked directly at me and did nothing finally took my plate and told them chicken was cold rest family ate while I waited never did get my wings paid for their food and left very very disappointed it was not busy

Continue to struggle getting good service or consistency in food quality at this location. Wait 5 min to be seated. 15 min I had to ask to be helped our last time there. If not right across the street we would never come to this location.

The prices are a little high, and the food is good. But the biggest issue I have is that a lemonade is like 7$ per refill and I asked for less ice but they put so much in there u basically are paying $14 for a glass of lemonade by the time you’ve actually had enough. I tried asking for less ice and was ignored.

My wife and I will not be back. Last night, 7/14/25, my wife and I stopped in for a quick bite before getting groceries. We came in at 6:20 and had a terrible experience! We sat at the bar, and got sat right away. Upon sitting our bartender gave us a dirty look, was very short, and snippy. Hardly talked to us, and acted as though we were bothering him for doing his job. He sat behind the bar, laughed with his coworkers, and worst of all was swearing up a storm about how he didn't wanna be at work and only wanted to go home and take a nap. Food was okay at best. We both got burgers. I work in hospitality and if this were my employee a serious conversation would have been had in the kitchen. It takes a lot for me to leave a Google review, let alone not tip. Can probably count on one hand the amount of times I haven't tipped, but this bartender 100% was rewarded for his negative behavior.

To management, it is probably a good idea to sit down with the entire staff because after sharing my experience with others that live on the East side, and they expressed similar experiences.

it took very long to get our food. It took an hour and a half just to get appetizers which mind you were the first round and it was only chips and salsa it also took two hours just to get drink refills for our table all our food came cold, including that worst service I’ve ever had in my life The waiter also told us he wouldn’t charge us for one of the drinks and continue to charge us for double The waiter also had the worst attitude I’ve ever had

Went with my wife and daughter and had to wait a few minutes which was fine. Today was a little more on the busy side which was great for the company. Our server/waitress's name was Brooklyn. She introduced herself and took our drinks order. I normally ask for my drinks to keep coming because I drink so much. Not alcohol. Just sodas. Anyway, she brought me two to start which was phenomenal. She brought my wife's and daughters' drinks as well. She then took our order and everything was perfect. We got our appetizers and enjoyed them and I kept getting more drinks. She kept coming back every time we needed refills and made sure we were ok and saw if we needed something else. If we did it was always brought in an extraordinary amount of time. All of this and multiple tables...and the busy bustling atmosphere. She kept up and then some. I asked for the check and she brought it, got my wife's rewards handled, and then I asked for a manager. He was busy, but about five minutes later he and Brooklyn came over to the booth and I explained how we usually have either crappy service or plain mediocre service. Not tonight. Brooklyn may have done her job to a T but it felt like she went above and beyond. We thank Brooklyn and the B-Dubs team here in Sioux Falls. Keep up the EXCELLENT work! To the people above the manager at the South Highline Place, here in Sioux Falls, SD, please, please make sure Brooklyn and the other wonderful waitresses/servers are taken care of and hopefully, receive some raises. If you're looking for a great night at B-Dubs I highly recommend this one and make sure you ask for Brooklyn's section!
