You go through all that work to create a easy accessible pickup area for your guests who order either their own pickup or third party delivery. Yet, for some reason not everyone get the privilege of using it. What is the point of going through all that work to make it efficient yet you're making some stand in line when the order is probably ready and could be accessible in one of the pickup slots. Fix this. Applies specifically to GrubHub from what I've experienced. Let us grab and go or just get rid of the pickup station you spent so much effort installing. 🤔 Food here is great.

Would give zero stars if possible. My husband and I went in for our anniversary meal and to catch the basketball game. Upon arrival, we noticed it wasn’t busy at all and were seated right away. Ten minutes later we hadn’t had anyone come check on us which is when I asked a nearby employee if we could order our drinks. A few more minutes went by and a young woman took our drink orders and we ordered chips and dip as an appetizer. Ten more minutes go by and she’s still standing at the computer and no one has come back to our table. At this point, we started to get upset. We are very understanding people, as we have both worked serving jobs in our teen years, but it’s hard to be understanding when it’s clear the employee has no idea how to do their job or have any interest in trying. I asked if I could talk to someone higher up. One of the managers, Jason, came over to our table to whom I explained our situation. He was incredibly short and rude with us staying that they just got a big table in. Again, I understand that but we are asking the BARE minimum with two waters and some tortilla chips with dip. He got our waters and didn’t say another word to us. Ten more minutes go by and we still haven’t gotten our apps and at this point, we’ve had enough. I’ve never in my life had to walk out of a restaurant before getting my food, but this was just completely unacceptable. I’ve had some pretty horrible service in the past, but I’ve never had it SO bad that I couldn’t even wait for my food to come. Absolutely horrible experience and we will never be coming back. I truly hope you make some different choices with your management if you want to keep customers coming in.

I waited 2 hours for my food, and told them I understand as they were short staffed, after 2 hours they stated they threw the tag away accidentally and said we’d have to wait another hour and a half because they can’t ā€œcut people in lineā€. I understand things happen, but we’ve already been waiting?! That’s not cutting in line? Will not be coming back.

Ordered online and pick up was supposed to be at 640pm, I arrived late and still waited 50 min. I wish there would have been a notice on the App as I would never have ordered. The system needs a major improvement. The workers did the best they could considering all the people waiting and getting impatient. I will never order online again with this restaurant.

Ate there on a Tuesday night. Pretty standard experience, hence the 3 stars because it was average.

Only negatives were the cheese fries which didn’t have much of any cheese, thick layer of dry rub seasoning on 2 wings, and I ordered a Busch light since it was on special for $3, but server gave me a regular draft at full price (about $2.50 more) instead.

The waitress offered to change the price but I didn’t want to wait around.

I tried the Honey BBQ while out doordashn. And they were pretty good, nice and sweet, and full of flavor. They were definitely good soze boneless wings. I have never eaten at BDubbs till today. The service was quick and friendly. Id take a picture of the wings but they are demolished! Id recommend them to anyone!

I would give an in depth review on why this buffalo wild wings is trash, but its honestly not worth the time to write that book. Long story short I was unhappy with my food, and was told, its how it is. I shared my concerns with the bartender, and manager, and left without it being made right. Here's pictures of my receipt and how much food I left on the table. My beer was cold, thats about the only thing that was right.

B-Dubs as we call it (Buffalo wild wings) never disappoints. It's always so delicious. Fresh fries and wings! You can watch the game and eat in peace. Attentive and friendly staff. Clean restaurant, plenty of parking, clean bathrooms. I took it to go.
