I ordered 6 traditional wings along with a Philly sandwich with fries. It took OVER AN HOUR to get my food after ordering. The wings were great, but the fries and sandwich were stale and cold so i sent them back. I was offered another one but I couldn't wait another hour for another sandwich. The manager never even came to smooth out over. Never saw the server again either, after 30 minutes i had to flag down another server to pay the check. Needless too say I won't be returning.

My family and I went into buffalo wild wings for dinner and when we first walked in there was many employees including our server who just walked by or was sitting on there phone. Our server kyle rushed us and we could tell he was ready to leave. towards the end of our dinner he came up to us and gave us the ticket but i was not done eating and I asked for a piece of cake and he rolled his eyes. When he brought the cake out he basically threw it at the table and the cake had no ice cream with it and no chocolate sauce. I was very dissatisfied with my dinner at buffalo wild wings

We went to celebrate a friend's birthday. Years ago I used to go all the time. The wings that we got were more like chicken jerky. They were so dry. I should have sent them back but I didn't want to spoil my friends birthday celebration. It says something when I don't eat all of my wings. I left them behind. I was so disappointed in the quality of the food. On the positive side my server was fantastic!

The service was horrible. My boyfriend had asked for a glass of water right away and received it over an hour later after he had asked again. A friend that we were with didn't receive a refill on his beef for two hours. The waitress never asked how we are splitting the ticket or asked how the food was. As we were sitting there waiting for our tickets it was very noticeable that employees were on their phones when around customers making it very disrespectful. As a past employee that worked at Buffalo Wild Wings it was very disappointing.

It took a long time to get our drinks and food. We had to ask several times to get the chocolate milk and the side order of Mac and cheese. The kids meal came out at least 15 minutes before the rest of our orders. We were a group of eight. When we finally got our food it was cold. Also got our silverware and napkins ourselves because they weren't brought to us. Worst service I've ever had!
