Made the mistake of going to an empty drive-thru at 10:30 P.M. tonight Friday 11/22.
The food was so shockingly bad I am at a complete loss to even express anger or any other reaction other than sadness that this has become normalized nowadays!

Do not get the fried pickle ranch whopper. The bun was not toasted and there is ZERO ranch flavor. I could have made a better burger at home with plain white bread from a store.

Twice now Ive come to this Burger King on the weekend and asked for fresh dropped Mozzarella sticks, only to be given refried stale ones. Most of them didn't even have cheese in the breading.

Forgot my mf French toast
I ordered 2 $5 meal deals. Fries were soggy and over salted. Did not receive either of the 4 PC nuggets. Asked for no pickle or lettuce on sandwiches...there are pickles. Asked for lemonade...young lady replied we don't have lemonade. Young lady sounded annoyed. Young man who took our money and gave us our food was kind very pleasant. I know my order wasn't expensive but gees. Drive thru
Bought the $30 bundle and only got 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks rest of the order was missing

The woman taking my order was extremely rude when i was ordering my food she was passive aggressive and wouldn’t let me finish my order. When i got my milkshake it was half full. Don’t go to this burger king.I can understand if a service worker is having a bad day but this experience was so awful i doubt i will return to this specific location. Learn to be professional at your job, a bad day is different than not knowing how to take an order politely.

If I can leave 10 stars on service I would. The young man greeted me right away and said he would be right with me... He tried my gift card which didn't work for some reason and when I was short on change he gave me a discount and made it work... Super cool Young cat who I believe if there was more people like him around the world wouldn't be so bad. He definitely should get a raise for going above and beyond... The music was bumping too! I liked that! I'll definitely be coming back to eat here .

Went for breakfast..The place was dirty..garbage stunk like sour milk the whole place smelled of it..floor was dirty, table i sat at was sticky and when looking out window the window had stains of drink spilled..granddaughters biscut was burnt..it was wrapt up burnt to sale. I couldnt wait to leave..shame on whoever is in charge of this place

Rarely get fast food, and this was the worst experience for fast food I’ve had in a long time. Stood at the counter for approximately 2 minutes before being greeted, and the person to greet us just came out of the bathroom and still had his cell phone attached to his ear. The entire restaurant was dirty, tables, seats, drink station, and the kitchen. The boy that took our order was constantly touching his phone or face while also touching food, and the guys working the line were also doing the same. I ordered the new philly melt, and on the melt were basically zero peppers and onions on it. It was a pathetic excuse for a Philly melt. Definitely will never be back especially with how disgustingly dirty the restaurant was and how the employees don’t know the importance of washing their hands and not cross contaminating food.
Dining room was filthy. Our order was messed up twice.
