Please help me understand why businesses dont take the signs down when you are out of a promotional item? Why make your employees have to explain and deal with disappointed customers. Only redeeming part of my visit was the amazing, nice, and polite young lady working New Year's Eve.

Make sure you ask for your receipt - they're not going to give one to you, and based on my experiences there's a reason for it. Last year, I got a burger with moldy lettuce. I hadn't gotten a receipt, so I was unable to get my money back. I hoped it was a fluke caused by new employees or a rough shift. I went back and got French toast sticks this morning, figuring those can't bedo messed up. They're hard as rocks and can be snapped like twigs. Silly me, I didn't demand a receipt, not that I had much of an opportunity. The girl in the window didn't say a word just held out her hand for my card then slammed the window as soon as I had my food. Sioux Falls has plenty of other options that have bare minimum food quality and customer service standards. Don't bother with this one!

We stopped by between 7:30/8pm. We placed our order and had 1 sandwich with special requests. We checked our order to see it wasn't what we asked for. We went back in and the manager took great care of us. So much that he remade the whole order!! We were not expecting that, but only the 1 sandwich that was wrong. The whole team stayed super professional. Thank you all for making it right and staying positive! You don't see that often anymore!

Went to get my son a meal and got myself a Oreo chocolate shake. Employees were very rude, shake wasn’t mixed, and the cup is extremely cracked and leaking everywhere.

Got a simple fish sandwich. I understand it was 9:40 at night. Asked for onions. Didn’t get onions. The entire staff was screening in the back. They hire young kids to be managers and it fails miserably. Why should I spend money here I work hard for when I not only don’t get what I want. But an incompetent young staff that doesn’t understand business.

Go through drive through, forget to add item after placing it. Get to window, am asked to go back around and make another order. I didn’t realize that was a thing. Lady wasn’t even polite about it. Now you get a 1 star review.

Worker argued with me when I ordered things off the menu. $60 bucks for a family of 5 for fast food!?! I could go out to eat at a sit down restaurant for this price.

Please stop giving out cold food please stop making food and letting it sit there and still passing it out the window even though you know it's expired please stop you're going to make somebody sick I order five cheeseburgers the patties are super old the the chicken fries that I got I couldn't even invite into it it's so hard you guys are going to make somebody sick this is not okay I will go to the board of food if I have to to report you all you need to stop the night shift is horrible if you don't want to do your job correctly quit don't give out old disgusting food that's disgusting it's nasty
