My family frequents this location from time to time. During the day, things seem to be about a 4 star experience overall. But at night, the employees are constantly yelling and messing around, the food seems to be older than it should be, and there's almost always loud bass coming from the back that overpowers the speakers up front. Cleanliness is .. fine. But the night staff seem to only care about showing up and going home. The job isn't their first priority.

Worst customer service ever. Waited in line at drive thru while other lane kept moving didn't even get a hold on or hello. Got food said thank u and got window shut on us and burgers were cold and had mustard when i asked for none. Never going there again. Would drive across town to different burger King before east 26th ever gets another dime.

The girl handed me my drink spilling, lid not on, no apology no nothing, common sense says “say sorry offer napkins” this girl closed the window as I’m saying “hello, excuse me!” Our cheese sticks were old and cold! It’s like 3 minutes to fry them!! Absolute terrible service and food!!

They have always been pleasant. Gone through here multiple times after Sanford appointments and they are always nice. This time was different. Lady on headset taking our order was very nice and chill back. The lady that handed out our food however was rude. She didn't put our lid on all the way and spilled on my mom's hand. She didn't apologize or anything. She waiting for me mom to clean a mess the employee created and then handed our food and shut the door on our face without even saying sorry or thank you. As a manager if I found about this happened. I would be very upset at my employee. Other than that. Not the most impressive. They even forgot our Whopper no mayo and gave us fries when we didn't order fries? Never even got the receipt either. Don't think I will come back for a while. Go somewhere else for food. If you are reading this and they messed your order up. Welcome to the club. McDonald's is right down the road and other food places.

Sold me old food. Chicken fries were soggy and fries were cold. People give you their hard earned money, thats how YOU have a job, thats how YOU get paid. Every fast food place is below average anymore. Disgusting. I'm not even going to call these places anymore. You get a review.

Bad Attitude at window June 29, 2023 approx 2:30 PM 26th and Sycamore Burger King Ordered a #9 ( chicken sandwich meal), extra Sandwick, large root beer an 2 cookies. Pulled up to the windvow, young man, t-shirtno name tag, says "chicken meal extra sandwich" I said yes and root beer and cookies, he said "I'VE ONLY GOT 2 HANDS". I said I was making sure..he hands me our meal, no root beer. I waited, he hands the root beer no change, I said change, he repeats only got 2 hands and closed the window. Never got change or cookies so we left never to return.
