Stopped in and ordered food for five people. Three Kings deals, and two Philly King meals. The screen wasn’t lit up to ensure the accuracy of my order, but it was repeated back to me correctly. I received the drink I ordered, a small Dr Pepper, but didn’t receive the rest of my order. I drove all the way home (30 miles) to eat with my children who were at home, only to discover that one of my meals was completely missing. Whoever the old broad at the window is, is a real biotch and needs an attitude adjustment if she’s gonna work customer service! Roll her eyes at me when I ask for a side of sauce and then throws it in the bag like she’s pitching for the major leagues..
