Employees seemed bothered by our business and preoccupied with each other. Also, there was some girl back by the food, not wearing gloves while working on the food... yuck!

Food for the day
I’ve recently made BK my go-to burger place because they generally give good value; specifically toppings. Sadly, this BK gave me only one sad little slice of tomato, I’m expecting 2 or 3. Being a little cheap means one less customer.

I am Muslim and do not eat pork. This is the second time in about two weeks that I specifically requested no bacon on my sandwich, yet it was still included. Unfortunately, the sandwich was unusable because the bacon juices and oil had soaked into it. This is very disappointing, and I hope the restaurant improves attention to special dietary requests.

I have been coming to this BK for about 2 years as my work is very close to it. Up until the past couple weeks I've always had 5-star service but today was the 3rd time in a row I've had a major issue.
The past 2 times my orders have come no sauces and no napkins which for chicken fries is a bit of a problem, so dry without sauce and fingers greasy with no napkins.
Today was my tipping point, I arrived in the drive thru and was told to wait (2 cats at the window, no one else in the lot, so not super busy), after almost 10 minutes of waiting vehicle pulled into the adjacent drive thru lane and their order was taken immediately while I was still waiting. I finally got to let them know I had a mobile order and was told to pull around. I then waited over 5 minutes behind the vehicle who arrived AFTER ME but ordered before me for some reason.
When I got to the window the crew member just gave me a stare like he had no clue where he was. I have him my name and he shuffled around in the kitchen only to pull my complete and bagged order from the warmer. No napkins the bag either, am that time you'd think they'd get things straight.
My lunch breaks are only 30 minutes and spending 15 of them in a drive thru while others who arrive after it's not acceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere until further notice, 15 minutes in a drive thru whole being passed over for cars arriving well after me is absurd and the young man in the window's customer service skills could use some coaching.

Manager on his personal cell phone when taking orders, very rude and unprofessional. Nearly every table in the place is dirty and nobody is cleaning. If anyone is wondering why this place is so empty during lunch time. This is why. The area where you get drinks, napkins etc is also an absolute mess. Contrast this with Chick-fil-A and there is simply no comparison. BK cares about $$$ only. Chick-fil-A cares about their customers. I have been here now for about 20 minutes and the manager is Still on his personal cell phone and taking orders.
