I wish I had caught her name, but I wanted to take a moment to pay a compliment to a member of your staff. I went through the drive through early afternoon on 4/9/24 and had such a positive interaction with the lady working the window. She saw my name when she took my card for payment and addressed me by name as she wished me a good day. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to me! I feel like it’s so hard in the service industry (especially in a few minute interaction in the drive-through line) to connect with people and she did that! I was touched and have never had that happen that I can recall in my lifetime. I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her excellent customer service and for making a quick interaction feel personal and human.

I was order and write down the paper and the guy didn't read what I order food. I didn't say that about cookie , I said OREO COOKIE SUNDAE that the man was misunderstanding then give me free Oreo cookie sundae then I was look the bag and I was found out that one WRONG ORDER that I got fries, I told the guy I said I WANNA LARGE ONION RING!!!!!!!! , OMG THE guy didn't read what I'm saying and they guy need PAY ATTENTION!!!!! thank you !!! I got breakfast there this morning, when i reached in the bag to grab a hash brown(they're my fav) they were ice cold. So I pulled back through and let the lady know(she was the manager). She took the bag, and sent it back out and I pulled away. Then when I reached in the bag to grab a hot hash brown, they had taken my old hash browns and microwaved them ? and they were hot and soggy. I couldn't believe it. I hope that upper management sees this review and takes care of this major issue. It's burger king. We don't expect a 5 star meal, but a 5yr old could deep fry some fresh hash browns and would be smart enough to know if they were to cold to send out and should be thrown away. And if you take someone's hash browns back and microwave them ever, you should go straight to hell and burn for an eternity... Please fix my burger king breakfast. Thank you.

Ordered a plain whopper w/cheese and small fry in drive thru. Fries were almost cold. Drive back and get hot fries this time, no compensation for driving back and getting hott fries like I should have had the first time. Then get home to find out I got a whopper with everything on it when I ordered a PLAIN whopper w/cheese.You need to listen better and repeat orders back to the customer to alleviate any confusion so that a paying customer doesn't have to turn around and go back and then get nothing in return for a BOTCHED order.A whopper and small fry was over $13 after taxes. With prices like that you as a company NEED to do better for your customers!

Visited this burger King at around 6pm, only had one vehicle in front of me so I thought I'd get through quickly. Nope, took over 15 minutes to get my moz sticks that tasted like cardboard. Seriously bk if you don't have the staff to run as you should, don't open the dinning room maybe? Won't be visiting this location again.

Every time I’ve gone there there workers are always not in uniform, they have headphones in, everyone I’ve gone my food has always been messed up and they give us the wrong frys every time, honestly the worst Burger King I’ve been to.
