Not so sure what was not understood. Ten minutes ago , told the girl at the drive through window to put ketchup in the bag .. she looked at me and said ok .. so I know she heard me . I get the bag handed to me less than a minute later .. NO KETCHUP .. this happens repeatedly on a regular basis . I speak English, she spoke English , every person I have ever spoke to there speaks English when I tell them to add ketchup to the bag .
