We sat inside. Food was on par with usual BK - fries were at least hot and had salt, burgers weren't skimped with toppings. Just the norm...The employees though? Seems to have gone downhill. The manager was nothing but a whiny high schooler bossing around the other staff her same age. "Pick this up, I'm not doing it, I'm the manager and do nothing but babysit". We turned around many times to see what in the hell was actually going on. I felt it was very unprofessional to LOUDLY talk like this right at the counter for the entire place to hear. It made dining in an annoyance. I don't need to hear that and I wouldn't want my manager to speak to me that way.

Stood at the counter for like 5 mins everyone saw us standing there no one said anything to us just got ignored Burger King sure has gone down hill over the past couple years with all the new fast food places in town Burger King should probably step up there game or pay there employees to care I will never go back I suggest freddys or culvers way better service and food

I have been going to this Burger King off and on for the last three years. They are my neighborhood Burger King. This past Friday's visit was, arguably, the worst one. The service was poor, with the counter employee being less than courteous and far less than zealous in the performance of his task. The food, when it came, was cold, and not nearly as flavorful as had been my prior experience when another crew was working. And that last part bears special notice. An entirely different crew was working, for whom it seemed unprofessional behavior was the norm. These people did their job very poorly. I always eat inside, and I had a good 20 minutes to observe their movements and unprofessional behavior. Even the soda tasted bad. I will not be returning to this Burger King.

I love the cheeseburgers, the Oreo shake/Hershey chocolate shake and the fries. I love Burger King. This is the first time in a long time I have Burger King. Your service is so good. We usually go inside or drive through. Most of the time we drive through. The ambiance is excellent for the customers and the workers that the customers come through to eat there.

25.00 for Cold fries, and not fresh chicken sandwich. Husband burger was okay but not worth 12.00Dr Pepper also flat. I get kids don’t want to work, but think of what you want to eat.If you want 14.00+ /hour earn it!

My food was cold, there was only a two cars in front of me so I'm unsure as to why my food was so cold and also im allergic to tomatoes and specifically asked for non but got them anyway so that was cool

I've been through the drive through here a couple of times recently, and want to compliment the young man at the window. He was extremely polite, read everything back to us and his customer service was exceptional! Great job to you!

Garbage Burger King. They open late and give you food that's warm on the outside cold in the center. Have fun at your entry level jobs for the rest of your life.

I went to through the Burger King drive through and had told them I had a coupon code. She put the code in and my total ended around 4 dollars. When I drove up to the window she asked for the coupon Paper, but I told her I’d had a picture. I gave her my card and she handed me a drink. I sipped the drink while she raised her voice and asked for the coupon code a couple of times. She went back to talk to some who I assume was the manger. The lady with purple hair told me that she was going to charge me 10$ because I didn’t have the code in hand. I told her I didn’t want it and she still charged me. Mind you I have the drink in my hand while she is charging me 10$. I tell her I don’t want to pay 10$ and she said “I guess I can refund it” and she did. She then asked for my drink back and we left. If she would have told me that she couldn’t have pictures of the coupon while I was ordering I wouldn’t have to waste 10 mins talking to them.

Should probably train the order takers to mute their microphone when complaining about a customer or just keep their mouths shut. Pretty rude to hear them complain about you when you just asked a simple question about a menu item you weren’t familiar with. Haven’t been to this one in a while due to moving to another side of town but the service (at least tonight) has definitely gone downhill.
