Daughter had surgery today and before we were leaving town back to home we stopped for something to eat. Coming out of anesthesia she was in no shape to dine in so the drive thru we went. We asked for extra napkins and this is how they were thrown in the bag, they were all bawled up, made me question if they were used and I know they aren’t meant for post op anything, but it’s all we had and could have used for clean up my baby girl. I ordered my order through the app, it was an order for breakfast but because I was 10 minutes late they didn’t even make the meal. A worker told me I could cancel the order in my app and that was all he wanted to help with. Really shrugging like he couldn’t do anything about it. All I got service wise was a number for the app. First of all, if you can’t order breakfast ahead of time, they should let you know that in the app second of all if the order isn’t made until you get there, they should tell you that in the app. Whoever was working today, said that it does tell you in the app and when I showed him that it doesn’t again, he didn’t care. Horrible service here Edit: cook had a great smile and looked like he should be in the front compared to the ones who were handling guests. So I will add one more star for service only for the cook bringing a smile. Don’t know his name but he was cooking at 11:30 am on Jan. 9th 2025.

I stopped at the Burger King at the corner of 41st and Marion. I ordered the Bacon Melt Burger meal. (Medium) they were busy so had to drive ahead to get my sandwich delivered. I did not check it but when I got home (one mile) I obviously did not receive the right Burger. It was the worst tasting Burger. Way to many onions and NO bacon. Had an overly sweet taste. Tossed it. Had to find something else for supper. Was very disappointed. Will be awhile before I go back.

Food was cold and even though I order a meal with fries no ketchup was included in my bag.
Ehhh my first cheeseburger was a bit.. bleh to say the least but the second one I got was hot and fresh so it evened out. Was kinda dirty.. tables weren't wiped, bathrooms were ratchet, was random bits of 🗑️ strewn about the lobby.. considering they weren't terribly busy, I didn't understand it but wasn't overly bothered with it

The crew was taxed by being understaffed. The food was okay. They fries were ice cold.
When they have specials (new items etc), they should give them a number or letter for ease when ordering. Staff friendly enough, but pickle fries way overcooked. Serving much smaller than before. Too expensive for small amounts of fast food.
