I ordered my order through the app, it was an order for breakfast but because I was 10 minutes late they didn’t even make the meal. A worker told me I could cancel the order in my app and that was all he wanted to help with. Really shrugging like he couldn’t do anything about it. All I got service wise was a number for the app. First of all, if you can’t order breakfast ahead of time, they should let you know that in the app second of all if the order isn’t made until you get there, they should tell you that in the app. Whoever was working today, said that it does tell you in the app and when I showed him that it doesn’t again, he didn’t care. Horrible service here Edit: cook had a great smile and looked like he should be in the front compared to the ones who were handling guests. So I will add one more star for service only for the cook bringing a smile. Don’t know his name but he was cooking at 11:30 am on Jan. 9th 2025.

I stopped at the Burger King at the corner of 41st and Marion. I ordered the Bacon Melt Burger meal. (Medium) they were busy so had to drive ahead to get my sandwich delivered. I did not check it but when I got home (one mile) I obviously did not receive the right Burger. It was the worst tasting Burger. Way to many onions and NO bacon. Had an overly sweet taste. Tossed it. Had to find something else for supper. Was very disappointed. Will be awhile before I go back.

Ehhh my first cheeseburger was a bit.. bleh to say the least but the second one I got was hot and fresh so it evened out. Was kinda dirty.. tables weren't wiped, bathrooms were ratchet, was random bits of 🗑️ strewn about the lobby.. considering they weren't terribly busy, I didn't understand it but wasn't overly bothered with it

The crew was taxed by being understaffed. The food was okay. They fries were ice cold.
When they have specials (new items etc), they should give them a number or letter for ease when ordering. Staff friendly enough, but pickle fries way overcooked. Serving much smaller than before. Too expensive for small amounts of fast food.

Horrible, 3 times in a row, I went tonight, ordered simple $5 your way meal, explained it to him 3 times, got up to window, asked him 7500 times for a lot extra ketchup, went home, and was all wrong, and no ketchup, went back, post off, nice girl corrected it, but she did say sorry, offer a free ice cream cone or free meal for dealing with this driving back, which I don't care, but, its like a slap in the face, thank you for paying for 6 dollar meal which our cost is .45 cents and u had to come back waiste my time my gas money 3 consecutive times, worst BK in town, oh and they give me yesterdays old cold nuggets back and sandwich which is even colder, u would think they would make it got , to make customers happy, not at BJ on 41st and Louise in Sioux falls

Disregard the 5 star reviews because I'm certain that the people that left them have no idea what they are talking about about. I'm a Sioux Falls Burger King connoisseur of sorts, as in, I have probably spent a couple thousand dollars at Burger King each year for the last two years. That being said, let me save you from this location. The quality of food at this particular location (for whatever reason) is subpar. The last two times I have ordered the eggnormous burrito at this location, I have received a stale greasy mess. I'm not sure what their business practices are here, but most food tastes like it has been made well in advance or sitting under a heat lamp for at least two days. The amount of grease that POURED out of the burrito onto my shirt and the strange exclusion of ice in my soda this morning was this locations last chance. In this two years, the speed of service has gone up (I will give them that) but it appears to be at the cost of quality. Furthermore, I'm pretty certain that both times I have ordered this meal at this location, they left out the sauce that is normally in the burrito, making this stale mess that much tougher to swallow. I will continue to review every Burger King in the area, but I show favoritism to the location just off of I-90, across from Flyin-J. The difference in quality is like night and day. If you can travel out of your way an extra few minutes to save your stomach from hurting like mine does now, do it.
