Walking in and went straight to the bathrooms where I was not to happy of how poorly they took care of the women’s. Ordered food from a very nice older gentleman, food came up fast, sat down and was grossed out after looking around how greasy and dirty the floors were. Yes I get it’s winter but they didn’t look like they were cleaned in a long time. The older gentleman went around swiping the floors with his walker very sweet man. Tables were dirty after looking around I realized this restaurant doesn’t care about cleanliness or presentation. Would highly recommend not to go out of your way to eat here.

Nice staff but the we shouldnt have ordered late night. Chicken and fries had been sitting out for a long time and were nearly inedible.

I got two iced vanilla coffee and I shouldn’t be waiting for more than 10 minutes for them I don’t think it’s that hard to make ice vanilla coffee but that’s just me. AND also why y’all speaker so damn loud. like my ears gonna bleed y’all should go get a person to fix that…

Sheesh. Rudest staff i think I've ever encountered. Not a single greeting. Just a "what's your order" and then shoving it out the window at me, no smile or greeting or anything. Slammed the window closed before I could ask for ketchup or a napkin. There were a couple cars behind me so I didn't want to wait until they decided to open the window again to ask. Guess I'll be getting ketchup and a napkin at the gas station instead.

Worst experience I have EVER HAD! The food was horrible ordered chicken fries and received chicken bricks , a crunch wrap that a mouse would laugh at with how few ingredients it contained My mom's fries and shake turned out nicely thankfully but she was not offered the senior discount and she's very clearly a senior. To say I'm disappointed in the customer service and the employees attitudes were terrible is sub par. Not to mention the floor was so sticky my mom's walker wheels were getting stuck to the floor. There was a rats nest of trash under the pop machines just quite sad because this location used to be the best in sioux falls some years ago.

I ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. Interesting fact , the sun had set and while waiting at the window I got a first hand view of two spiders getting their order taken care of at the same window. 1 small the other large, both fighting over the Beatle just caught in the shared web hanging off the donation box. Strange thing to see while waiting for dinner.
Well not from the area, was doing business at RV dealer, saw a fair amount of traffic, thought I'd give it a try, first time I went through the drive thru employee stated You Rule! when she handed me my food. 2nd time inside it was busy. Order taker stepped away to fill some orders quick and Lillian I believe stepped in and took orders very efficiently. I will definitely be stopping by when I'm in the area.

The food was terrible. Cold burgers, cheese not even melted. Place is filty dirty. Floor was filthy. Chairs and tables are so gross. Will not be returning there.

Waited 20 minutes for food. Watched them pack our bag and then take everything out and re-open and look at them. Then they left them sitting out while they took more orders. Food was still not correct when we got back to vehicle across the way to eat it.

Ordered the original chicken sandwich for $5.99 and up sized it to a large. Got to the window and it was $12.69. Asked why and was told because only the small is $5.99. Don’t you think someone could say that when you’re ordering or maybe say you can get 2 meals for the price of up sizing.
