DO NOT GO HERE !!They lied to me about the broiler being on so I was NOT allowed to order my food which I know I am allowed to do as I am an assistant manager at a Burger King. I will be reporting this to corporate as well as the bbb. Just because someone didn’t want to do their job doesn’t make it ok to lie to customers. My food was also cold they didn’t put my food in the hopper like they are soposta be . I would NOT recommend going here ever!

Absolutely disrespectful manager taking orders and not paying attention to her employees who want to help and learn.After I had been standing for 6 min, waiting for the manager to help me. The employee noticed me and asked me if i needed help. He tried to help and the manager stated...If you don't know what your doing "back off"!!!! I asked an employee to get me a drink carrier, and she grabbed the drink carrier and then stepped right in front of him like he was nothing. You're not a manager if you're not willing to help your employee's and act as a stuck-up person, like you're better than them.Also, the place needs to be dusted, the lights fixed, and better customer service all around! Employee's should be looking up to their managers not down because of poor attitude.

Went through the drive through was told to drive forward, waited 10 mins, and never got my food just had to watch as the employees were vaping and joking around. Eventually drove back through the drive through to get my food and had to accept my food as the employees all laughed at me. Terrible service made me feel terrible for buying from them.

Store #4271 - 5:30pm 3/13/24Worst service I've ever had. The old guy making the food was a major jerk. Burger was nasty. The old guy even commented that hed been fired from there before. The kid taking orders was not polite and after a drive thru guest had to switch and drive thru 3 times he answered and said, thank you for patiently waiting, what can I get you. He could of at least acknowledged them and asked them to hold while he finished taking our order.If this place has that much trouble hiring decent people, they should stay closed. Like they were before due to staffing issues.We travel thru here very often. We will never go to this BK again. I'm waiting to see if I get sick now.

My coworkers and I used to order whoppers for lunch once a week, after we received them cold and pink inside a few weeks in a row, we quit doing that. Today we thought we would try chicken sandwiches instead, I always order extra mayo since there is barely any on the sandwich normally. Does extra mayo really mean half a dozen heaping tablespoons? The mayo in the photo is just what fell out of the sandwich while i tried eating it. There were several more tablespoons on the sandwich itself. Good grief, can there be a happy medium somewhere? This isnt the first time this has happened, this time was the worst. Moving on to a different establishment.

French toast sticks cold and very greasy,hash brown rounds cold! Went back through drive through and got “new” food,got order and found out they just reheated what we returned!! Nasty
Honestly best Burger King I have ever been to. Normally the bar is set pretty low for fast food but this location really killed it. Very nice people and the food came quickly and was awesome.

Worst run Burger King I have ever been in.Bathrooms were disgusting at 9:30 in the morning, and since there were few customers, I’m sure it was from the night before. Judging by the sink and floor it hadn’t been cleaned for months.Kitchen and floor of the place was a mess. Tile was sticky in dining room, chairs and windows are old and dirty. Parking lot full of holes and needs repaved.Employees were non responsive and grumpy. After using the restroom, I went to the counter to tell them how bad it was but no one would come to greet me. A couple waiting in line, got tired and walked out without food right after I did.
