: I went to drive through and the manager is the one that brought my food out I asked her to put two ice cream cones on it and she had an attitude and told me that they couldn't add anything I'd have to go in or around and it wasn't a nice attitude and so I went in at the time I didn't know she was a manager went in to complain to a manager and found out she was a manager and I turned around and said wow and her and an employee was saying something behind my back I just left but she had an attitude almost from the time I looked at her at the window and I have two other Witnesses in my vehicle that would clarify this I've had problems with this store before she almost had an attitude that if she could have tore my head off she would have.
Amazing service! Friendly & a well made, beautifully assembled, very tasty Impossible Whopper. Great job!

I ordered an 8 piece chicken fry and a junior Whopper as a part of the duo promotion that Burger King was doing for $5. The worker at the speaker told me my total was $8 and I asked why it wasn't $5 and he just said please pull ahead and moved on to the customer in the other lane. When I got to the window I asked him again why it wasn't $5 and he said that he didn't know that I wanted to do the duo promotion even though both of those items are listed on the Duo list..? He then told me that he couldn't change anything at the register so my total had to stay $8. It's a silly thing but still frustrating.

Saw a girl working in the back with her very long hair, but she had it in two pigtails and it was practically down. That’s disgusting. I thought food places were suppose to at least have it in a bun or wear a hair net. I could see her leaning over the fries with her hair all over them. Not sanitary at all and if you wanna look cute for work find a different job that doesn’t require food
When you order large, they give you small. 2x in a row, paid both times for large. That's ok not gonna fight with kids at window about it, hopefully they will learn to pay attention...

SLOWEST service I have ever experienced. 3 cars in front in the drive through and waited for over 20 minutes to even get to the window. The also took the order for the car that was in the other lane 5 minutes after I had already been sitting there.

Got a new debit card and used it for the 1st time at this store. Next thing I knew I was getting fraud texts. Police are now involved but called the store manager and talked to a woman who said she was the store manager. Next thing I knew nobody there as if I was hung up on. Called back talked to a guy's said he was the store manager too and basically denied everything.
Then talked to a person in line at the convenience store around the corner and the same thing happened to them with this location, and at Walmart another woman said the same thing about the same location. Do Not Eat Here Unless You Want Your Card Info Stolen with Current Management!

The worker who was taking our oder was extremely rude. There was confusion with our order and we were told he did not care about our opinion. We went up there to ask it to be corrected he was condescending and yelled at us about how this isn’t mcdonald’s. When we asked him to stop yelling at us he said he was just a loud spoken individual. He continued to argue with us and told us we were wrong until he walked away. A different employee corrected our order and apologized on his behalf as if condoning his behavior.
