I ordered an 8 piece chicken fry and a junior Whopper as a part of the duo promotion that Burger King was doing for $5. The worker at the speaker told me my total was $8 and I asked why it wasn't $5 and he just said please pull ahead and moved on to the customer in the other lane. When I got to the window I asked him again why it wasn't $5 and he said that he didn't know that I wanted to do the duo promotion even though both of those items are listed on the Duo list..? He then told me that he couldn't change anything at the register so my total had to stay $8. It's a silly thing but still frustrating.

Saw a girl working in the back with her very long hair, but she had it in two pigtails and it was practically down. That’s disgusting. I thought food places were suppose to at least have it in a bun or wear a hair net. I could see her leaning over the fries with her hair all over them. Not sanitary at all and if you wanna look cute for work find a different job that doesn’t require food
When you order large, they give you small. 2x in a row, paid both times for large. That's ok not gonna fight with kids at window about it, hopefully they will learn to pay attention...

SLOWEST service I have ever experienced. 3 cars in front in the drive through and waited for over 20 minutes to even get to the window. The also took the order for the car that was in the other lane 5 minutes after I had already been sitting there.

I have never in my life witnessed such rude ass people. I will never eat at another Burger King because the customer service at this Burger King was so horrible.

Got a new debit card and used it for the 1st time at this store. Next thing I knew I was getting fraud texts. Police are now involved but called the store manager and talked to a woman who said she was the store manager. Next thing I knew nobody there as if I was hung up on. Called back talked to a guy's said he was the store manager too and basically denied everything.
Then talked to a person in line at the convenience store around the corner and the same thing happened to them with this location, and at Walmart another woman said the same thing about the same location. Do Not Eat Here Unless You Want Your Card Info Stolen with Current Management!

The worker who was taking our oder was extremely rude. There was confusion with our order and we were told he did not care about our opinion. We went up there to ask it to be corrected he was condescending and yelled at us about how this isn’t mcdonald’s. When we asked him to stop yelling at us he said he was just a loud spoken individual. He continued to argue with us and told us we were wrong until he walked away. A different employee corrected our order and apologized on his behalf as if condoning his behavior.

Last two visits were my last at this location. Orders wrong both visits on very simple single person orders. Food was not fresh on either order. Last visit took more than 5 min and I was the only person in drive through at 6 pm. Kids taking order were eating French fries (maybe mine, but I don't think so) while I waited for my food.

The manager that was there at 6:00 a.m. was very rude when she didn’t have anything ready because she got there late. I asked her why and she told me I could leave her drive-thru. VERY RUDE! This was the second day in a row! Today she told me she wouldn’t wait on me even though I didn’t say anything! Friday I was able to talk to a manager who was very nice and will address the issue. She said I was welcomed back.

Ordered kids meal plain cheeseburger and it came with everything on it the window guy (younger guy with pooka shell necklace seemed like he was rushing us to finish our order we didn't get any sauces we asked for and got 12 piece chicken fingers and it only came with 8
