I want to rate this a negative star. They put everything on my burger even though I asked not to and the screen also said that as well. I also asked for a chocolate shake and the person taking my order said let's be like McDonald's and say our ice cream maker is out. Would not recommend especially since I was the only customer their.

Shift Manager is mentally unwell. Threatened minor staff. Is generally weird and the cause of [that particular] turnover. Also, the scheduling manager schedules outside of employees (14 yr olds) availability which makes this place vulnerable to employee turnover, reducing customer satisfaction.Make your employees happy and you will have happy customers.

I have a big family. I ordered 10 whopper juniors and 3 large fries. I was asked to pull around to the front door, and then was reprimanded by the manager for not calling my big order in. This was not a big order. This is what I order at any fast food burger joint and have never been asked to call it in. It didn't even take very long to come out to me, but the food was all cold. I am giving low rating for poor service and poor quality of food.
Loud as ever rap music cussing and swearing where customers can hear from the back of the kitchen area. Employees talking about raw dogging having sex and getting fucked in the ass with no lube where customers can hear. Food was thrown away as it was made by employees with no gloves on. I will never stop at this place again.

Cold, cold, cold breakfast sandwiches. Other BKs use a brief shot of microwave oven to heat their sandwiches. Stay away from these guys. this was Drive Thru - not dine, in, take out or delivery. service was OK but slow.

I went through the drive thru and waited over 20 mins there just to get my 2 sandwiches that were cold and gross. I will never go back again.
