Love love love the BLT sandwich here! I could eat it every day. The sandwich is so fresh and wait time is super quick. Great place to go for lunch.

New to the area and first time trying Capriotti's. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by Dawson. I had a few questions about the menu and Dawson was great at explaining my options, and also gave recommendations, he was friendly and accommodating. A very short wait , my husband and I had the bobbie- it was absolutely amazing will definitely be back to try other sandwiches. Shout out to Dawson for providing excellent customer service during my visit and the other positive customer interactions I observed while I was there, he truly goes above and beyond.

Stood in line 5 minutes, walked in to business, no greeting, one visible associate (noone at the register, just one in the back looking toward the front) and a couple as a guest in the foyer. Not a typical experience, not my first time this happened and it will be the last time I'll ever visit this location. For a 7pm opportunity for business this establishment didn't show any interest in being ready for the customer.

A great sandwich shop. My wife loves the Bobbi which she claims is thanksgiving on a roll. Personally I love the pastrami.
This was the worst Capriotti's I've ever been to in my life, and I've been to several in other states. The sandwich looked nothing like what you guys advertise as it barely had any meat on the sandwich and all it was was a tiny bit of chopped up pieces of ham, half inch pieces at best... that is not a classic Italian sandwich and I've had the sandwich in other states and it was fine. but I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend their place which is really disappointing. It seems Sioux Falls really struggles with their franchises here. Another recommendation is don't put the little bit of meat and cheese on the inside Edge where the two buns connect when you have the bun laid open so you have half the bun on the opening edge that has nothing (at least an inch or more) on it when you fold it in half. you guys sure made up for it for all the lettuce you put on it. that was the bulk of what the sandwich was. your sandwich looks nothing like what you advertise.
Mmmmm . . .
Good but costly

I walked in to a busy store and was still served in a timely fashion and with a happy attitude. These 3 women were working as an amazing team and busting their butts. Hard to find these days. Will be coming back again

I've been to both locations, and it's the only sandwich place I eat at now. Delicious sandwiches and super friendly service. I now come from Mitchell once a week just to get a sandwich from here.

So disappointed for the 3rd time with this place. We have gone here since they opened. Will not be going back. So disappointing to get a dried out chicken sandwich. Should never have been served!
