I had to order 20 box lunches for a work meeting, and the staff had all the boxes neatly labeled and bagged when I came to pick the order up. The gal (wish I had gotten her name) even helped carry everything out to my car. All the orders were accurate and delicious. Would absolutely recommend this location for catering.

My Cheesteak sandwich was wholly satisfying. It's been several months since my last visit and I felt the 25% more steak they now include, really makes this a very fair deal.
Everything was super fresh, made exactly as I ordered it and tasted delicious.
Exceed expectations and I'll be back, soon.

New to the area and first time trying Capriotti's. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by Dawson. I had a few questions about the menu and Dawson was great at explaining my options, and also gave recommendations, he was friendly and accommodating. A very short wait , my husband and I had the bobbie- it was absolutely amazing will definitely be back to try other sandwiches. Shout out to Dawson for providing excellent customer service during my visit and the other...
