I forgot upon ordering to ask for a glass mug. Although already in a to go cup, the barista cheerfully changed it out for me. She was pleasant as we chatted. And the coffee was great!

Great place to grab a Peppemint Mocha when it's 10 degrees. Easy in and out, comfy seating with space for private conversation. It can get a little loud at times, but its my go to for a quick minute of peace and coffee

The person who waited on me was cheery and efficient. The parking is an issue and the drive up may put you out on the street. I liked the other location on 41st for assesability. The service was excellent.

This location made me give up caribou coffee forever. They are slow and make my drink wrong every time. The woman who is working the drive thru most mornings is rude and also very slow at just coming to the window to take a payment. It's like they are just taking their time and messing around instead of working at all. There's never more than 2 employees so if there's even one person in front of you it will take 10 min for just one drink. I've deleted my perks and I'm boycotting the whole company because of this one terrible location
