What a joke. 12 minutes after placing my order to get regular brewed coffee for almost $4. Not even busy. Stupid kids forgot my order. Better off going to Circle K.

My son loves iced coffee, Holiday drinks, etc. We always get him one wherever we are if they are available. My sister sent him a gift card for Caribou for Christmas since he has recently taken a shining to Caribou specifically (we are from the East Coast, so this is his new favorite drink spot!) We were browsing through Empire Mall, and he decided to use his gift card at this location before we started to head home. My husband and I usually don't get drinks, but this time we decided to grab something to warm our bones. The barista who took our order, made all three, and was training a new employee all at once had the most stellar customer service ever! She was beyond kind, gracious, and patient while my boys browsed the menu and decided to also purchase a Christmas ornament. The young gentleman she was training was doing a wonderful job on a very busy Friday evening! I would love to give her a special shoutout, but unfortunately, I did not get to get her name. It was this past Friday during the evening, around 7ish. Not only were the drinks delicious and beyond satisfying, but her demeanor made the experience even more lovely. Whoever monitors these reviews, it would be great for Caribou to recognize her for her excellent customer service. A smile and kind words certainly go a long way, especially when they are directed at my children. Wonderful location, delicious drinks, a perfect ending to a Friday night outing. Sincerely, Angela

If this location is going to stuff so much ice in a Vanilla Oat Shaker that you can't even get a straw into it to stir it, perhaps they should mix the coffee with the whole tablespoon of oat milk that it contained in first. This is not what I expect from a Caribou location, especially on Black Friday when this location is reported to be staffed solely by managers. I am a big fan of Caribou but won't be buying any in the mall anymore.

I did a mobile order for a free medium drink I had on my perks account. However, I also stood in line to ask for a glass of ice water. I asked for the biggest they could give and only received a 24oz rather than a 32oz- not a huge problem. I then watched the barista add quite literally one ice cube into a cup and fill it with tap water. There was a line of people behind me, so I left biting my tongue. But I was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. As an employee at a Caribou a couple hours away, I am well aware that tap water is not what should be served to customers, regardless of how much they paid for their drink/food. I am very upset with the customer service and quality of the drinks I was given.

The Employees were talking to other Customers.that didn't get any coffee. I waited for 5 mins till they Realize that I was there..l told the lady l wanted less ice she gave me a whole cup of ice.
I had a great experience here and the girl who served me was super sweet. Her name was Yaneli and she was super patient with each customer.

That was probably the worst experience I’ve had from a Caribou. First the barista at the register asked me a question when running my card then interrupted while I answered to tell me where to get my drinks. Right after ordering I moved to the pick up counter to wait for my iced latte and crafted press. I waited 5+ minutes and noticed the baristas weren’t making any drinks, but I still didn’t get mine. I asked about my drinks and the barista who took my order said, “they came out 5-10 minutes ago so someone else must have taken them.” I told her I was standing there the whole time and didn’t see any lattes or crafted presses come out. So she said “I’ll remake them I guess” then put out two iced lattes, one that had almost no espresso in it - it was almost completely white and tasted like sweet milk. I didn’t bother saying anything about it because I figured I wouldn’t get anywhere with her.
