I have come multiple times during the day and nobody is ever serving coffee there. It is 3 pm on a Sunday and their “sorry we missed you we are open 6-6 sign is out”.

It’s the worst experience ever!! I bought gift card for $20 for my grandparents and when they tried to use it it was empty so I returned to caribou and she said oh my mistake and put the $20 dollars again and when they tried to use it after 2 days it was empty again! This is really embarrassing and not professional! The rep Beth didn’t want to return my money back! And she said I don’t know what’s going on and I told her I don’t want this to happen again and I want to use the gift card now to make sure it has money but she said the gift card does not upload until after midnight!!

I traveled across town to get caribou because their website said they closed at 8pm. I had gotten there at 7:40pm and the lady said they closed. Please stop providing false information.

I usually go to the caribou inside Hy-Vee on 57th and Cliff. A couple of the baristas seem "meh" about being there but for the most part I get warm greetings and smiles. I don't venture too far from my iced coffee but it's delicious every time.
