Carnaval Brazilian Grill

Very expensive. They used to have a senior rate of $29, now they only give 5 off, making it 45. I made two trips to the salad bar and both times the bread bowl was empty. I asked the waitress but she never brought the bread. Meat is overly salty, which is not good for the elderly with heart issues.

We were in town for my birthday and wanted to try this restaurant. The food was very good and the pineapple was amazing. We will visit again when in town. Thanks so much.

Excellent food and service!! The removal of the booths at the end of the restaurant significantly changes the ambience and feel of the restaurant to more like a cafeteria setting with just multiple tables in a large room. Disappointed in this change as it negatively effects the vibe/feel of the restaurant.

We had made a reservation a week in advance and when we got there we got put into the side patio. Not only was it cold but the atmosphere was terrible. We had guests come from out of town and had raved about this place to them and unfortunately the experience last night was not the same. My husband had ordered a drink and never received it. The service was all around slow and our waitress just kept saying that they had over 600 reservations for last night. The same meat just kept getting circled around. The only choices we saw were flank steak, shrimp and sirloin multiple times. We never received the plantains and the bread after we got seated and had to ask for it. Then once it was time for dessert my husbands dessert never came and we had to ask for that. Very very poor experience. Not only that but our waitress just kept complaining how swamped they were to our table.

Our first time visiting Carnaval, and we were pretty impressed. Everything was delicious, and I can't wait to bring my mom out for her first time as well. Thank you!

It was our first time eating here and the money is worth it for the full experience. But it is exactly that you are paying for the experience. The food is good but only a few dishes are worth writing home about. Good food. Great service. Just a bit on the pricier end. WELL WORTH IT FOR THE FIRST TIME. Although I'm not sure if I'd pay it again for a second time.

Ive gone with friends and alone and the service is always top notch, food is absolutely amazing and the meats are made by special chefs, ask your server about it it's really impressive! I appreciate the food even more! Also, do not order more than you can eat because you cannot take it home. I have seen people waste so much food thinking they can take it home. Don't be wasteful.

Everything was amazing and flavor was great. Very impressed with the level and quality of service.

Very good food choices at salad bar, like none you'll see elsewhere. The meat the very best and it just keeps coming!!! The hot bread the best! Service outstanding and value for experience right on!

I've been going to Carnival since it opened in 2005. It's always great, but it was exceptional this time. I didn't try all the meat offerings, what I tried was awesome. Same with the salad bar. My only complaint was the asparagus and beets could have used some pickling. I will be joining them in the future for their dining extravaganza. Keep it up people. Thanks

Great dining experience, I can't think of any one negative aspect of it. Salad bar has good, fresh variety, the salmon dinner and unlimited meat dinner were very good, the staff was friendly and professional. We look forward to the next visit.

The service was sensational. Multiple staff checked or visited our table. We only had the salad bar and everything is so fresh. I wish they would bring back the coconut shrimp appetizer. Best salad bar in town.

Service was excellent as usual. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

First time ever eating here. I would definitely come back it is a little expensive but worth the money
