Have stopped here multiple times and diesel pumps do not work. Most recent time it was over 20° yet they will not pump. This has been over a period of three weeks now. Management is aware we will see what next week brings.

I just lost my keys and asked them if they had seen it, they said no, but they kept helping me find my car key until the end, and I ended up finding it with their advice :)

Melissa Franklin needs to do a better job at running this store and being more professional. She doesn't know how to communicate with her employees, she's either yelling, raising her voice or cussing when she wants something done. In the beginning when the store first opened she was doing good and I would applaud her for her work but now I don't. Someone needs to fix this store. That's why she can't keep her workers it's because of how she treats them.

One of the worst Casey’s here.. literally go to any other location and have better customer service and maybe actually have stuff in stock. The his Casey’s is constantly out of most things for weeks, the cashiers are some of the rudest people. The amount of attitude and judgement is wild. One cashier is always on the phone and she rolls her eyes every time you come up to the counter. For being a brand new location definitely needs some help or a new management team.
The employees here seem to think they’re above everyone else. After listening to 2 employees in the back office judge customers and their purchases, I will not be giving this location my business. Kimberly is great, the rest of the employees could use a training in proper customer service. Don’t roll your eyes or sigh because a customer has come up to the register or pass judgment because someone is buying alcohol/tobacco. The customers choices are none of the employees business.

I asked the clerk for a mega millions she tried to give me one off the cash register and tell me that she had to sell those first. I said I would like a new one she threw attitude, and when I asked her her name because she was wearing no tag. She ignored me like it didn’t matter. I’ve come into the store several times to find kids hiding underneath the front counter running around the store. I don’t know what kind of establishment that allows little children to be underneath the front counter but it’s ridiculous nor to bring them to work every day. This was continuous for several days. When you ask someone their name and they refused to tell it maybe they should look for a new job. I obviously could see she didn’t give two Cents. It was 04/26/24 At 645 pm I pay for service and if you print a ticket that’s wrong it should be my responsibility to buy that one.
