A Flawless Experience from Start to Finish! We recently used Catering by Cleavers for our wedding, and we simply could not be happier with the results! From the initial planning stages with Tyler and Abigail everything was an absolute dream. The food was spectacular—our guests are still talking about the meal, asking who catered it, and saying it is the best wedding meal they have ever had. Can I give more than 5 stars? Where should I begin? Each fall I plan an event for about 100 people, including a buffet style dinner. After a google search, I found Catering by Cleavers and saw that Chef Tyler cooks sous vide. I immediately reached out. From that first contact, Chef Tyler's communication was fantastic! I've learned that good communication is often correlated with good food, and that definitely held true this time as well! Even when I had some mix up with my numbers, Chef Tyler worked with me to get things settled. We ordered chef-carved pork and shredded chicken, and both were excellent! The mashed potatoes were a crowd favorite - I saw people go back for 2nds and 3rds! The service was wonderful. Chef Tyler and his staff set things up and kept everything stocked well on the buffet with efficiency and professionalism. We ordered cakes for dessert that we served later in the evening. Tyler catered our wedding at Monick Yards August 22nd, 2025! We had his heavy hors’ d’oeuvres spread and we had no leftovers and everyone left full! Had the chance to eat their food while attending the dock diving competition held at Scheels. The owner was lovely, and he even gave my Saint Bernard, Bingo, some of his own pork. My husband had the pork on naan, and I had the chicken. Both were super tasty and juicy. I'll need to attend more events that have Cleavers catering there, for sure!
